The Black Bunny Brigade are Halfworlders, like Rocket Racoon. Except, as you guessed it, they are rabbits. They have been portrayed in the comics as a mercenary squad, under the leadership of Blackjack O'Hare.
The Agents of Cosmos are a group that use the Klyntar Race as their weapons and armour. So essentially a group of aliens with the venom Symbiote.
So the story would follow the team of Bunny Venoms. The team would let other people join, so there could be people who are not Halfworlders, and some people might not have bonded with a Symbiote.
For the justification on how the Black Bunny Brigade got Symbiotes, we will say they bought them from Haze Mancer, a renowned Symbiote hunter.
