Everybody's seen them. The sounds of the motorcycles are hard to miss. Known as the Knight Riders, they're a local chapter of a motorcycle club that have settled in New Orleans. If you search the name of the club on google, you won't find much. There are a few other chapters, some more well known than others. The few news articles you might find about them are mostly positive- giving back to the community, charity drives and donations, helping out the homeless and cleaning up parks.
It's all bullshit.
Mostly.
The Knight Riders are a real MC club, and the members settled in New Orleans are real members. But if you think the news articles are a little too good to be true, you might be right. You see, the Knight Riders aren't exactly human. Knight- get it? It's a play on words. They're not knights drifting through the night- they're creatures of the night. Vampires. While the Knight Riders are known for their extremely tight-knit brotherhood, what they're not known for are their underground parties, illegal dealings, and shady business deals. Basically, they've been using their clubs as a front to protect their territory and keep their real business hidden: people. The few humans who know the truth are sworn to secrecy or paid off- or just compelled to forget the truth.
People are going missing in Louisiana. Not in droves, and nobody important. But someone you know could be next. Maybe somebody you know was next and now they're missing too. What can you do when you suspect a MC club that only has the occasional bar fight and speeding ticket on their record? You infiltrate, of course.
And what if that's about to be the least of your worries?
