Greetings,
I figured I should do a revamp of this thread for those that don’t know me, you can call me Sunset or Sun, whichever you prefer. I’m a lover of creatures ranging from all shapes and sizes as well as heroes that are great or yet to be great. But before we get into that, let me tell you a little bit more about myself. I've been roleplaying for 15+ years with some solo writing on the side, but there’s something a bit addicting weaving a tale with someone else. I also like playing a lot of videogames such as Hades, Helldivers, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch 2, Elden Ring, and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising sometimes. I also draw (slowly getting back into digital art) who knows, maybe one of these days I’ll post some of my art here. Other than that I’m just someone that enjoys writing and reading stories in any shape or form of medium.
My Writing
+I can write about 500-1,000 words usually, much more if I’m into the story.
+I really enjoy writing action and intense scenes, violence and adrenaline are my bread and butter.
+I try my best to write as much detail as needed for each character and each scene, ranging from the inner workings of the character’s mind to the area around them.
+The suffering of my characters seems to be a staple for every story, whether it be intentional or unintentional. Will they have a happy ending? Who knows.
What You Can Expect Of Me
+I will always try to communicate with you. I work and also go to college so I can get pretty busy, that along with a drop in my muse which can happen sometimes, if anything like that happens I’ll let you know.
+I only write in third person. First person feels a bit too awkward.
+My posting frequencies can be all over the place (Refer to the first). Usually I try to post a reply 1 or 2 times a week, if something comes up, like I said I’ll let you know.
+I never write one liners. No offense to those that do, but it’s just not for me.
+I like to try and form some sort of rapport with my partner so I highly encourage OOC chatter. Also it’s a pretty good idea if we want to discuss where to take the story next.
+Character sheets. I will always write up a character sheet for the story.
+For face claims I usually go for anime, artistic, semi-realistic and sometimes realistic photos. Other than that I usually just write up a description on their appearance if I can’t find anything that resembles the character.
What I Expect of You
+Please be able to write at least 3 or 4 paragraphs at minimum.
+Please do not control my character. We can make side characters that we can share throughout the story to interact with our main characters or for whatever purpose they serve.
+Help me drive the plot. Your ideas and suggestions are more than welcome, after all just having me in the driver’s seat all the time is boring. I might as well write the story myself if that’s the case.
+Grammar and Punctuation are heavily appreciated, it’s hard to move forward when all of your words are mashed together with no periods or spacing. But a few misspellings or two aren’t that much of a big deal since I’m guilty of it as well sometimes. As long as I get your intent then we’re all good.
+I’m ghost friendly. I would appreciate it if you let me know if you’re going to be away for a while or if you lost interest in our story, but if you’re gone for weeks to months on end then I’m going to assume that our story has ended or is on hold until further notice. I understand that life happens, and sometimes it can’t be helped.
+I only write against female characters, I don’t mind what my partner’s gender is IRL.

1. There needs to be a sort of end goal. Whether it be saving the world or defeating the big bad, conquering it, or resolving whatever issues the characters have there has to be a conclusion. I'm down for exploring what might come next after but we have to reach the finish line first. All good things must come to an end right?
2. Monsters. Whether it be monster girls or monster boys, I always welcome them with open arms. Whether it be vampires, werewolves, dragons, sea creatures, demons, aliens, or elderitch abominations posing as either heroes or villains, I love to include them.
3. While I mentioned that gore is the jam to my proverbial bread and butter, too much of it can get a little stale. Guts all over each of the post every time we write can kind of take away the shock or gruesomeness of the moment. There's a time and place for everything as they say.
4. Fantasy high and low/Supernatural/Horror/Modern are usually what I like to write.
5. Most of my characters can be either the strong and silent type, shy yet cunning individuals, or absolute dickheads with a softer side underneath it all. There are some variances in personalities but they do well against damsels in distress, stubborn badasses, or ultra bratty ladies. -
1. Romance (Will always be included in my stories)
2. Conflict/Tension
3. High-Fantasy
4. Low Fantasy
5. Supernatural
6. Modern
7. Mystery
8. Horror
9. Sci-Fi
10. Historical
11. Slice Of Life (I rarely do these unless they have some spice in it to make it interesting. Just writing about life in general is uh...kind of boring to me I'm not gonna lie. -
This is pretty much neutral territory for me. Mostly because when it comes to writing as a cannon character I don't think I can capture the true essence of their personalities. So I've opted to create my an OC and write against another OC within the verse, other than that I typically don't go for them and if I do, I wouldn't mind writing in these verses.
1. My Hero Academia
2. Demon Slayer
3. Fate Universe
4. Star Wars
5. Devil May Cry
6. God Eater
7. Harry Potter -
1. 70% story, 30% Smut. The story will always take precedence over erotic scenes.
2. I prefer organic relationships over immidiately diving head first into the relationships. There's something about Slow Burns that always get me, like it starts as a meeting then slowly over time evolves into a burning passion shared between the two of them that envelopes them in a whirlwind of desire. Those are the best especially with enemies to lovers, or friends to lovers.
3. For my kinks, they're pretty tame compared to most. Sorry I'm not the deviant you thought I was. *A certificate with the words 'Monster fucker' sits behind him in the far distance. Anyways, just DM me if you want to know about them, but I will list off my 'absolute no's' just to get that out of the way first.

These are little ideas that I had recently, if any of them pique your interest and you have any suggestions to refine them then please don't be afraid to reach out. Maybe we can work something out.
1. The modern world and the works of fantasy collide into a society comprised of the supernatural and magic. Races such as elves, orcs, fae, dwarves, and dragons all occupy the same reality as humans do and have integrated almost flawlessly. Alongside this, humans over the years have developed psychic powers- evolving alongside the changes that world had bestowed upon them. But it didn't take long for discourse to form, both factions of psychic users and magic users had began to take part in a heated debate of which is superior which only grew into unavoidable conflict. Wars were waged in the name of these petty squabbles, seeming to make up any excuse to salvage the honor and pride of their respective houses. Lives were lost, along with plenty of resources during these battles. Upon realizing this, there was a ceasefire in order to restore things to the way they originally were, which took a few years but with the aid of magic and psychic power, the process didn't take as long as everyone thought. A treaty was then formed between both of the factions with peace being restored to the world, however, there are still cracks- seeds of hatred under the cracks of all that glamor which may or may not rear its ugly head some day. There are two families that participated in the wars, one of them being one of the renowned families give birth to powerful psychics and a family of mages that hone their magical might for generations to come. These families have been rivals for decades now, but with the peace treaty now in effect, they want to bury the hatchet and come together as allies for the foreseeable future to come. What better way to do that then an arranged marriage between their youngest children, MC and YC? How do the two of them feel about this turn of events, is it simply for duty/obligation or will something else develop under these circumstances?
2. In a town/city that seems quiet and out of the ordinary, many disappearances seem to happen almost every few years. Always a group of friends that go out on a trip and never seem to return for some odd reason. Our characters had been friends for quite some time, having been friends since the start of their college semester, both having their roles within their group of friends, when it was suggested that they all do something to celebrate passing their exams. MC excuses himself, saying that he has some family things to take care of. Little did the friend group know is that MC has a terribly dark secret, that being a ritualistic serial killer that has to kill and sacrifice certain groups of people along with his fellow organization of killers. One night he slaughters an unsuspecting group of students, but it is surprising when he finds YC among people she didn't even know. He was torn; he couldn't go through with it. So he leaves her alive and that was a mistake. The cult demands that the sacrifices be followed through; if the duty is cast away then it falls onto another to carry out the duty. The final sacrifice must be made by any means necessary.
Of course, you're free to send me your ideas/cravings as well and perhaps we can work something out.
Well, I think that's it for me for right now. Thank you for reading through my thread, hopefully I caught your interest to some degree and if so, just send me a PM along with any other inquiries you might have! Happy writing, everyone!
