Personality: Luke is emotionally detached from others. He is not a violent person and certainly not homicidal but has the potential to be. He is withdrawn from most people, and when he focuses on something his focus is laser sighted. He struggles to draw his attention away from it. His underlining nature is to control his environment and everyone in it. However, he most certainly does not show this side of himself to others and remains quiet and withdrawn staying deeply locked in his inner thoughts rather than openly expressing his desires.
Appearance: Luke is a well-built man. He works out regularly and this is reflected in his physique. He keeps his hair neatly trimmed with a small wave to the right. He has an intense stare which is often confused for glaring. Five-o-clock shadow covers his strong jawline as he will go a few days without shaving. He has a clear complexion but is noticeably tan like someone who either sunbathes or is frequently in the sun.
He likes to wear slacks of various colors, from tan to black, typically held by a leather belt. He also enjoys long sleeved button shirts rolled up. He is by no means a rich man, and his clothing would reflect this being commonly bought items and not the expensive name brands one might expect from gap or other establishments. He enjoys loafers but will also wear dress shoes when needed.
History
Luke was a poor child; he grew up on hand me downs and thrift store specials. Aside from this, his home was not a joy to be raised in either. His father left while he was still young. His mother now single, fell to the drink quickly. She worked at an unforgiving job which left her little time to care for her son. What time she did have was spent drinking away her problems. While she was not abusive to her child, she was neglectful to him. Uncaring of his activities, schooling, or lifestyle.
As he became older, he grew distant, keeping away from other children in high school and simply watching them from afar. He was not stupid but by no means was he considered highly intelligent being average in most everything he did. He did have one quality which he excelled at, which was running. Luke could run and enjoyed doing it. His coaches focused on this and because of it he learned the basics needed to work out and keep his body in shape so it could keep up with him.
As an adult, he took a job at a construction company. Mostly being a flagger for road work in the hot sun. He was not ashamed of his body and spent much of his free time jogging or working out. Not to an excessive amount but enough to garner him attention from the opposite sex. This, however, caused an internal struggle which he could not face.
He had a strong emotional detachment from others. He tried dating various women, but they never lasted as he could not show his true self to anyone. If only they could be made to listen, then he would find his true love. Aside from being slightly mentally disturbed his sexual deviancies were also a problem. He longed for control but was often afraid to take it. If only he could truly force someone to understand him then this too would no longer be a problem. If only she would notice him. He will make her notice him.
