Long-time roleplayer here... I think I've been doing it 15 years or so, give or take.
Most important notes: I am a romantic optimist. My RPs will always move toward a happily-ever-after, or at least an optimistic resolution.
Smut: I like smut in my roleplays, For Story-to-Smut ratio I can go anywhere from 70/30 to 30/70. If you are a fade-to-black style roleplayer who doesn't enjoy smut, we're not a match.
What if a woman (YC) really wanted to get pregnant, or perhaps she had to get pregnant, but her husband isn't an option.
She discovers her husband is impotent.
Or, it could be that her husband is gay and they both enlist the brother's help with the husband's approval.
Or, (insert your idea here)
I just find this concept hot, and would love to brainstorm with someone on how to play it out.

- WHAT I AM CURRENTLY CRAVING

- Modern-day scenario, they do fertility tests but when the results come back it shows his count is too low. She doesn't want to break it to him because it will crush him.
- Perhaps it is a medieval/fantasy scenario and she knows he is cursed to not be able to have children.
