Appearance
William is conventionally attractive in a simple way, with a reasonable 6"1 height and modestly toned muscles. His short, light brown hair is often slightly unkempt, and his moderately high cheekbones are never covered by more than a stubble. His eyes are hazel-green and typically appear sharp and focused, yet are capable of softening into an adoring gaze. His skin is lightly tanned from hours spent outside, yet he is still pale in complexion.
Never one to yearn for the spotlight, Will typically wears simple shirts paired with black jeans and a jacket.

Background
Will's mother was killed by his abusive father when he was twelve. Having to witness this was very traumatic for him as he was very close to his mother. She gave him the nickname "Will," and though it's simple, he is hesitant to allow anyone he doesn't truly adore call him by that name.

This experience forced him to take his younger sister, Adalyn, and leave home, taking care of her despite being a young boy. The pair ended up in the foster care system and were separated.

Personality
William lives his life attempting to be the opposite of his father, and because of that and his trust issues, he tends to approach things from a self-defensive perspective. He is slow to trust, but when he grows to truly love a person he would quite literally lay his life down for them.

While his past haunts him, William does not allow himself to be bitter because he does not want to become the rage-filled man his father was. Instead, he quietly copes with his pain and looks forward to the life he hopes to have.

Jacob "Jake" Hudson

Appearance
At a height of 6"3, Jake is taller than most. His lean figure is composed of hardened muscle-something necessary to survival on the street. His hair is dark brown and constantly messy. His eyes are bright blue, sharp and alert.

Jake is usually wearing a jacket, black jeans, and a white shirt. Given that he doesn't have a home, his outfits don't have much variety. Despite this, he prides himself on looking put-together, and flaunts his conventionally-attractive looks.

Background
Jacob was abused by his father and step-mother throughout his entire childhood. When he turned seventeen he had enough. He killed his father with his own gun and took his money before leaving to live on his own. His step-mother wants him in prison, so he can't risk taking a job or purchasing a home.

Since then, he has been reliant on criminal "odd jobs" for cash. This has only put him in deeper trouble, and he feels as though he's trapped in this lifestyle.

Personality
Jake cares very little about people's opinions, as he has never had a figure in his life who he truly cared for. Because of this, he is confident, charming, and a bit arrogant. He is a big fan of drinking too much and having casual sex, usually never seeing the girl again. Jacob is hated by most men and women and tends to lie low and out of sight when he is in the town where he stays. Being wanted by the police doesn't permit a wild lifestyle.
