Hello, and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read my request thread! My name is Kai, I've been writing for around sixteen years starting on Quotev when I was 10. So, yes, I am a Quotev refugee. I am currently on the hunt for a partner or two to indulge in passionate and character-driven MxM stories with a heavy dallop of romance and angst. While I typically lean towards modern settings I do have some historical and sci-fi ideas that I'd also like to breathe into life.
I am a huge fan of writing chilly settings that feature supernatural beings and possibly eldritch horrors. With, of course, these creatures being the ones to fall in love. While I am happy to indulge in the usual vampire or werewolf shifter storytelling, I would like to possibly dip into creatures beyong human comprehension as well. If we go vampire route, I am a very big fan of Sinners (2025) and would love to play with these kind of vampiric beings. (Please note that I am also a big fan of simple slice of life stories, as sometimes I enjoy something that makes me feel cozy.)

What To Expect From Me:
- First and foremost, slow replies. I work full-time, I have an active married and social life, and I play a very active role in raising my niece. This is a hobby I use to escape, so I would prefer if it didn't become a chore. You can expect replies twice, maybe thrice, weekly. (Completely ghost-friendly, no hard feelings.)
- Friendly OOC chatter and possibly memes, maybe a friendship if you please. I get excited easily (and might tinkle) but I promise I am pretty chill and down to Earth, don't feel like you have to force yourself to talk to me OOC if you don't wanna.
- Creative escapism in the form of detailed posts in third person ranging anywhere between four to seven paragraphs. I'm a big mirror gal, so I often just bounce off of what is given to me. I do, however, heavily prefer detailed, quality posts over ginormous blocks of flowery nothing burger.
I am fully comfortable with writing out sex scenes, and generally prefer to do so. With that being said, I heavily prefer there be a build-up unless I specifically state I'd like the story to be heavy in smut. In terms of roles, I tend to enjoy playing submissive tops against dominant bottoms, however I am incredibly flexible. It really don't matter to me. I will happily go over my kinks and interests via PMs, you will find limits below.
On another note, I happily write against FTM characters as well. If you'd like to write a trans character, please be ready to have a conversation about sex scenes and how you would like to me to describe your character's anatomy during these kinds of scenes. I would never want to make anybody uncomfortable, and know many trans men use different wording for their genitalia especially if they have not done bottom surgery.
Limits:

Below, you will find a hodge-podge list of ideas that I'd like to flesh out. They are not in any particular order, but they will be spoilered and expanded upon further inside in order to keep a cleaner look. I will not be sectioning out settings, but I will ensure to write it out in the title in order to make it easier. These are fully at random and open for discussion. Please do not be afraid to come to me with ideas of your own or mix some of my own. There is a very small, small number of fandom ships I'd love to write out that I will also list below. Sent to access and photograph some land and an abandoned home far out in Appalachian woods of South Carolina to be sold at his company, Muse A finds that the home is not abandoned and belongs to an attractive Muse B, who very much still lives there. When Muse A treks back to his truck, he finds that it will not start and is forced back to Muse B's home for the night. As the evening light trickles, Muse A begins to find Muse B and his house more and more unsettling with each turning minute.

- Intial idea is that Muse A is being sacrified to Muse B by his occult followers, would love for Muse B to give the same kind of vibes as 'The Summer Hikaru Died'

In their gratitude, they retire Muse A to become Muse B, The King's, personal guard. He should be happy, he should be grateful. But he isn't, because he has been in love with his former best friend and cannot dare to see him with his Queen.
It has been many years since the war had started, and it finally ended. Muse A, the leading general of his kingdom, happily returns home to his King and Queen to report the success of war. In their gratitude, they retire Muse A to become Muse B, The King's, personal guard. He should be happy, he should be grateful.
