As a drunk (which she needs wolfsbane to get drunk), she can either be violent or a bit too loving, if you catch my drift. If anyone captures her, this she-wolf will be feisty and a hard one to catch.

Backstory: On her first attack on a human, she was about 20 years old in werewolf. She found out that she didn't really want to kill anyone but she has to in order to survive. An officer--a newer one, just joined the force a few months prior--found her and realized the struggle. The officer--Officer Jules--took Candace under her wing and trained her, taught her how to better herself. When Jules was killed in the line of duty, Candace mercilessly ripped the killer--a rebel known as Xander--limb from limb before mourning the death of her very first and closest friend.
Candace furthered her training and is now a guard for either a business, rich person, a witness on the Witness Protection Program, or one of the minorities. Or she's a PI, and a dang good one. Candace has been found to be the best in these two fields and is often requested for protection. She can either be a guard wolf, or a human visitor (for the WPP witnesses, though, she's a normal wolf mostly), depending on what the situation calls for.

In her human form, she's shy and keeps to herself mostly. As a dragon, she's feisty and won't take crap from anyone. Bio: A war broke out between the dragons and the humans about 1,900 years ago over some land. The dragons claimed it but the humans wanted it for farmland, which the dragons agreed to. One day, the humans used their crops and got some set aside for the dragons, but poisoned. Only a few---eight dragons, specifically---were affected and they found out that the humans betrayed the agreement. They waged war and both sides experienced great losses. Syna, one of the dragons residing in the mountains, was injured so she flew in search of safety, a temporary safe haven. She met Holder and the two protected each other throughout the length of the war. After Wynter was born, Syna was killed while she was hunting. Wynter was only 100 at the time, but she was old enough to understand. Holder took her, Boulder, Shima, and Shymmer to see Flyer and Hydril.
As the war raged on, Flyer distracted the humans long enough for Hydril to take the siblings away and to another safe territory. She tried getting Tundra to protect them but the dragon saw it as their fault that the war was started in the first place. So he told Desert and Juniper the same, turning the two against the mountainous dragons. Juniper was killed in the following months during a hunt and her brother flew back after losing the humans, telling Tundra what had happened. The two were on their way to claim new land and they found it better in caves along the beach since nobody used it.
Hydril took Wynter, Boulder, Shima, and Shymmer to the forest since no humans wandered in nor did they even try. They knew it would be a death wish. But, one day, she ran into Tundra on the way home from a hunt and the two fought over some prey. A bison that wandered onto Tundra's territory. Hydril marked the land she claimed but Tundra didn't, so she claimed that the bison was then fair game for either. Tundra didn't see it that way so they fought and fought hard. She managed to get the bison to the younger dragons before telling them to stay strong and protect each other. She flew off and died at the start of the beach.
As the years rolled on, Wynter didn't know what happened to Holder and Shymmer went off to find him after the war ended 900 years ago. Her and Boulder stayed together, along with Shima but they knew it was better to go alone. Shima and Boulder flew off in one direction and Wynter another. Now she claims the very top of a mountain as her home, her eyes ever vigilant for anything that could cause another war between the two species. She also has a cabin at the base of the mountain she resides in during the wintertime.
Extra: Has a tattoo of a dragon on her back to remember her fallen brethren. Even those she didn't know. It covers from the base of her neck down to her waist. Even in human form, she can keep her wings and tail out---but they're obviously not the same size as they are when she's a dragon. Her hair is dyed red at the tips in honor of Hydril and her family that she lost and those she hopes to see again. She has two dogs. She attacked and ate smaller sharks just to eat. Then she'd eat seals when she had to eat. When she saw tour boats, she'd swim beside it, occasionally jump for them. Some people would be nervous but some of the employees found her routine and even named a boat 'Destiny's Journey' after her, bringing some small fish out to feed her with. Some of the tourists would feed her and some of the employees would swim beside her, petting her sides and she would nudge the boat every once in a while. One time, she mistook a fishing boat for a friend and got a few new scars from a harpoon. The tourism employees made a net 'hammock' type deal under the boat so the shark could rest while they took the irons out of her and patched her up. Now she would attack fishing boats on sight but still tagged along beside tour boats for their journey.

He has 3 different colors for his eyes: red (middle head, "boss"), orange (his right/our left), and brown (his left, our right). The right head is purple since that is his "main soul-eating" head and it reflects it.
