Character list
For the sake of myself and anyone wanting to write with me, I'll be building a list of characters to use in RPs below but I value quality over quantity so it's unlikely to be very long. I like getting attached to a single character and writing more drawn out and numerous experiences with them. Not everything will be considered 'canon' to one another based on settings and story developments. I also expect a character profile to be expanded as I write them and become more comfortable fleshing them out.

The character bios will be written as I originally picture within their universe however I am very happy to put them into other settings with changes to backstory or abilities as the world fits. If anyone catches your eye as a character you'd like to write with but you'd prefer another setting don't hesitate to tell me and we can make it work!

Backstory
(WIP - vague world building)
They had lost the war. The bravery of their soldiers had meant nothing in the face of the hordes of well drilled enemy troops. To Peter Riley, it meant what he'd always known. This country was weak and he would work with the conquerors to make them strong. Peter was installed as a local puppet, a figure to help pacify newly conquered lands and he revelled in it. Full heartedly embracing the new order, Peter Riley mercilessly repressed his own countrymen and women, becoming a man equally feared as he was hated. But to the wicked collaborator it meant nothing if the weak whispered his name with bile and bitterness. He was powerful and his family were safe.

Elizabeth Riley was a small, fragile looking thing. Her safety was her father's paramount. So young that she was barely able to eat for herself when her father became a hate figure for the various resistance groups, the young girl was locked away lest she be targeted to get to her father. She was studious, displaying a sharp mind and surprising capability in both fencing and shooting much to her father's pride but she remained caged. Elizabeth is naïve and unexposed to those beyond her immediate circle. Her ideas have been shaped only by those around her. Seemingly bright and bubbly on the surface, a darker indoctrination lurks beneath courtesy of her father's ideals of strength, conquest, supremacy and repression. However the caged nature of her upbringing has also set Elizabeth with a deep curiosity of the outside world. Young and open to new ideas, the people she meets will affect what the path she sets down.

Will Elizabeth follow in her father's footsteps and become an instrument of terror? Or will her softer heart be nurtured?
