Collaborative Writer in New Orleans

I am an ancient role-player, forged in the fires of the legendary D&D Redbox.

I live in New Orleans, where no one really tabletops, rather they role-play on the streets in festivals, second lines, carnivals, or just about any excuse not to be yourself. Thus my writing and role-playing have fused, one feeding and birthing the other, in some imaginative cosmic snake.

Often times I use RPG elements to fuel my writing, and I sometimes play out my writing as an RPG. It sounds odd, but it works somehow in my brain.

I'm glad to find this sanctum and write with others. While I have played in the traditional round-robin play-by-post, I am looking for something more, something more akin to collaborative story-telling.

Hope to collaborate with others here in the future.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
