My names Vacyr (29) and I'm looking for a F to my M characters (more on that below). Please PM me if you have interest or ideas of your own if you think us a good match!
I've been roleplaying for over a decade and a half on different sites and in-games. It's my way to unwind after work and martial arts. I try to get at least a post out a day and would love if my partner tried to do the same. But I've had days where I log out of work and just want to sit on the couch wtih my cat watching some tv. I do my best to try and communicate when I will be away from the Sanctum and if you will be waiting for replies but sometimes I blink and three days have gone by. You know, life happens! Just keep me in the loop and I'll do the same for you. I work from 10am to 7pm EST so generally I can crank one out before work and after.
As far as post length goes, I try to match or exceed my literate partner and their post. It really depends on how much time I have to respond and if the mojo is firing on all cylinders. I try 3+ paragraphs to give you enough content to respond and further the story on. But I've been known to post 1500+ words when I'm really into it or if the scene really needs good description, internal dialogue, etc. If you're curious about my writing style, I invite you to read the Secrets Among the Sands roleplay I have active right now.
I'm very big on plotting out ideas together and OOC communication. I really enjoy it when my partner is as passionate as I am and we're coming up with all sorts of crazy scenarios/ideas to put our characters together in. I'm big on romance which means slow burn ftw. I can and do write smut but like to keep the plot in the forefront and have sex be a little treat when tensions rise to a boiling point then bam passion. I'm pretty vanilla but enjoy some light bdsm/dom should the story or character call for it.
Right now I'm specifically craving these two below BUT come to me with your desires if we're a good match and I could be convinced to mayhaps start something!

Anakin x Padme
But unlike just carbon copying the movies (I hate sand...), I want the backdrop to stay similar (i.e., meeting after a decade apart, falling in love, Kamino, clone wars, secret relationship, fall from grace) but give us enough creative freedom to really make the characters and plot be whatever we want.
An example: We know Anakin falls to the dark side right? (oops, 18 year old spoiler alert!) But instead of just pushing Mace Window out the window and slaughtering an entire temple in one day, its a slow and steady fall over the course of our story where, much like addiction, he knows he shouldn't but can't help himself to use/crave the dark side with Palpatine's increasing influence.

Peter Parker x YC (MJ, Gwen, OC)
Much like above, this one I'm hoping to take the characters of Peter/spider-man (MJ, Gwen, Harry, Aunt May, sloo of villains, etc) and just have a fun time cranking out something new and fresh. We can take inspiration from the movies/comics but really forge our own path with fun takes on a classic story. I've personally only seen the movies but love to do all sorts of research for my stories.

- Fantasy (I can likely be convinced of anything... knight, assassin, royal, commoner, mages, warlocks, elves, etc)
- Mob/Mafia (1920s would be lit but open)
- Slice of life (depends on the plot)
- Sci-fi (as above, Star Wars, Star Trek, OG story)
- Original Superheroes
- Bourne movies/spy/assassin
- Witcher 3
- I'm sure I'll think of more later and add to this list, etc, etc!
