Cyberpunk gang princess

MC is a daughter of a prominent crime family in the city. She is the younger sister of the heir, a male, so she is treated with kid gloves which infuriates her endlessly. She often seeks out violence as a rebellious act, leading her parents to appoint her a bodyguard, YC. She resents his existence. But somehow they find common ground even amidst plots to kidnap her to extort the family. Their relationship turns sexual, possibly out of her entitlement and their adrenaline, but slow burns into genuine affection on both sides, though neither knows how to admit that which leads to miscommunication and confusion. I'd like it to be violent and emotionally painful, taking time before they realize they can truly trust and care for one another. (She views his interest in her as monetarily motivated, etc.)

Would love subplots for both characters, MC moonlights as a healer/ripperdoc because she yearns to be seen as useful. Open to whatever YC has as a goal.
