Hello! I'm Danielle, but you can call me Dah or Ant if you prefer. I've been writing for well over a decade (got my start on neopets. Oof) and consider myself a bit of an old pro at this. However, I've been writing with the same partner for several years now, and have decided to branch out a little. Expand my repertoire, if you will. New partners bring new, fresh challenges, and I'm rather eager to give it a go. I would consider myself literate, aiming for several paragraphs per reply, though I'm not opposed to more rapid fire when the situation demands it. However, I often find my fingers struggle to keep up with my brain (wooooo adhd) so typos and spelling errors do happen. I do my best to catch them when I can.
I can reasonably commit to daily replies, though at the very least several within a week. I have a family that I take care of so some days are busier than others, but I will inform my partner if there are going to be any significant delays. In fact, I would prefer frequent communication with said RP Buddy as I think it's much more fun if we can be friends of sort. I love to plot and brainstorm and just have fun ooc as well as within the context of the story.
I'm a plot heavy writer. In fact, I need one to stay on task or else the scene or story often fizzles out without direction. However, that does not mean I'm opposed to smut. As long as it contributes to the story or character development, I'm fine with detailed sex scenes. I'm also very comfortable balancing a cast of characters should my partner be interested in developing multiple pairings within the same plotline. Keeps things fresh that way, I think, and gives me something to work on if I'm stumped regarding another character.
I primarily write female characters, but I'm perfectly happy to play a male character if you have a female OC you'd like to work into the story as well. Queer relationships are also perfectly fine with me, though we would need to discuss specifics to ensure they're handled as respectfully as they can be within the context of the story.
My preferred genres are fantasy and paranormal, though I'm open to most things so long as we've got an engaging plot. I don't mind doing a bit of research for the sake of accuracy and I've dabbled in a fandom RP or two over the years. Generally, though, I prefer to use OCs. I do, also, prefer to come up with OCs on the fly suited for whatever story we're working on.
I have a reasonable tolerance for both gore and violence in the same way I do for sex. It must play a role in the story, whether that is moving the plot along or aiding in character development. I'm also not afraid to communicate if something goes to far or I find myself uncomfortable with something that's come up, and I expect the same from my partner.
Kinks are pretty open. Hard limits would be fecal matter, water sports, child abuse (physical or sexual), feet, armpits, and other "unsanitary" kinks. Bloodplay is okay in certain contexts which can be discussed in the plotting phase.
It's been ages since I've needed to come up with a plot so I've decided to start off by revamping an old one of mine. I'm more than happy to hash out the finer details or make some changes if you have any ideas.
One Life to Live...Well, Mostly. (Slayer x Vampire)
In this, I intend to play the sister of the twins, the vampire hybrid. The lycanthrope twin is male and open should you wish to take on part of the dynamic. The original intent is for an enemies-to-lovers situation with the slayer and vampire royal (King? Prince? Up to you), but I'm open to changes if you have ideas. I also have a vampire warrior, male, that I intend to utilize as a friend/guard to YC. The finer details of the organization and vampire ruling system are open to collaboration, but I do have ideas should you wish to use them.

The Organization has existed in one form or another almost as long as man has walked the earth. Their sole purpose? Protect mankind from blood sucking monsters we've come to know as vampires. As society advanced, so did their extermination efforts. However, the vampires remained physically superior in every way. Faster, stronger, and violently more lethal. The only thing that kept their populations even somewhat manageable was their need for secrecy. Recognizing their own limitations, the Organization began a program to try and create slayers that could meet the paranormal races on the battlefield and give as good as they got. After several decades, the project finally produced its first success- A set of twin. Hybrids of a sort. One modified using vampire DNA and the other altered using that of a lycanthrope. They're perfect soldiers that appear completely human to the enemy, their altered DNA undetectable to the senses. The only problem? As they age, their genetic code grows more unstable and their more beastial instincts must be controlled.
