"Destina - orbiting in a dual star system deep in space. Neighbor to one of the most formidable empires - yet that same society bows their head to this frozen rock. Where oceans have to be drilled into, and where the ground is blanketed by miles of fresh, white snow. However - life is comfortable despite Destina's tundra like environment life has bloomed. Blossoming into a highly advanced, strong society. No one ever claimed the little planet was perfect - sadly - as much as many places might want to push a narrative of Destian's being the closest thing to perfection history destroys all hope of such achievement. Living as a constant memory of when the streets were flooded by Native Destian* and human blood and tears.
Destina might have shattered on that day, over 200 hundred years ago.
Little did anyone know history would attempt to repeat itself - led by a single soul from the world's most prized, and coveted communities. Only some 18 years after the 200th anniversary. The question is, what side will your character stand on? With those frightened by the unwavering power from the Oracles*, or the single Oracle who dared to stand against a whole planet by themselves? Maybe the peace and justice of Destina, intergalactically known as Executioners*?"
General Idea:
** The pivotal Oracle who causes this will be my character, Anna'Teza. The general idea is to be a friend of his and his brothers through their teenage years enduring general teenage drama. Coupled with the complications of either being an Oracle in training, or an Executioner in training. You can choose if your character is an Oracle or Executioner in training. You can also bring in other characters. I hope to hear from someone very soon!

Oracle Laws
Executioners have their own laws barring them from throwing around their weight. Especially since they quite literally can decide if a possible criminal should go through trial, and serve a sentencing or if said criminal is incapable of learning from their crimes. This being unable to follow laws safe guarding all peoples of Destina and possible tourists - this could ultimately lead to them be executed. With this sort of power, laws have also been out in place to ensure Executioners don't execute any delinquent or one time offender. Murderers, sexual offenders and serial killers are well advised to avoid them as they are the most likely to be Executed without any trial.

Alrighty - now that's all done! It's a piece of a project I've been working on for years - so it's near and dear to my heart. I just want a few characters to go through some tweaks and development. Hopefully this will pique someone's interest, and don't worry. I have no problem in answering any questions.

Powerful seers capable of seeing both past visions and possible future outcomes. They are also gifted with one or two other powers. An Oracle is easy to spot due to the physical transformation they take in which the gifted gain an eye on their forehead, and a multitude of arms and hands. (The highest being eight)
*Executioners:
Equally famous and infamous military force, doubling as law enforcement. They are known for the grueling, tedious training which spans for many years ensuring that every single member is taught deadly tactics, conceal one's emotions, ensure the safety of the people of Destina and most importantly, the protection of Oracles. Acting as Oracles protector and metaphoric weapon. They are known for their unique uniform, namely faceless mask and the amount of power they hold, i.e having the ability to determine a criminals fate.
Oracle Laws
Law 1: No Oracle, no matter age, can be hidden. All and any suspected to be or show signs of being an Oracle must be reported to world officials. Not only for their safety but for others as well.
Law 2: Oracle's are undeniably very powerful. Could threaten Destinas balance is a legitimate fear - if not for the second law barring Oracles from committing acts of violence. Although there are exceptions.
* In case an Oracle, training or graduated, is in danger they/he/she are able to defend themselves and others. However there will be a case and it will be investigated.
Law 3: This has more pertaining to other people rather than Oracle's, as there are very sensitive Oracle's that can have visions by touch. To avoid this, it's ill advised to just walk up to any Oracle, no matter level or age and touch them in any way.

After a colony ship crashed on Destina thousands of years ago, seeing humans is normal. Just like their counter parts, or Native Destians
- Native Destians:
Holding are far more distinct appearance, such as having four eyes, all having black curly hair and pale skin. Although, in the recent hundred or so years, many Destians have opted for physical augmentations. Such as tattooing their eyes, tanning, permanently dying/ chemically straighten their hair.
- Half Breeds:
Half human and half native Destians are not unheard of. Rather advised against in concern for possible disabilities both physical and mental, birth defects. Fortunately, very few are shown any real discrimination, and for any Halfbreeds who are disabled are fully able to file for disability without fail. So long as they have proof from doctors and have someone to help them. (This said, Anna'Teza, is one of the first and only known Oracle to be a half breed. His status and future occupation have stirred many concerns and controversy) Thier appearance vary, most often Half-breeds tend to favor Native Destian blood - but there are Halfbreeds that appear human.
