Hello there you wonderful humans of the internet, I come forward and summon all dark academia enthusiasts.
You may call me Ingrid, I'm a nineteen year old female with almost a decade or so of roleplay experience.
I'm dying for some The Secret History-esque or simply dark academia roleplay.
Now, for the one on one roleplays, i accept most pairings and dynamics but I unfortunately don't play cis male characters (I could try but it would be terrible and you'd need to coax me to do it. ) If you asked me for my preference, it is mxf with me playing the female character. (Bonus points if our characters are deeply troubled and morally grey- dark grey.)
Now, some general requirements are;
•Be 18+(I'm nineteen), I don't wish to expose minors to any heavy topics that I feel can and will follow this genre of roleplays like the black plague
•Be at least literate. I'm more than alright with you having a bad day/week, we all have those. Sometimes it's the lack of motivation or inspiration, but I'd still very much appreciate if I were given something to work with.
•This ties in with the requirement above, use proper punctuation, grammar and spelling (I make mistakes all the time, and that's alright but there were moments where I just couldn't read what my partner wrote for the life of me)
•If you need anything, anything at all, be it help with what to write, someone to talk to or if you need a break from writing, let me know. I'm okay with ghosting and putting the the roleplay on pause, but you should know that I'm here for anything.
•If you're very easily triggered, you might want to find someone else to roleplay with, I'm not saying that I'll write more intimate stuff, (in fact I'd prefer to not write them at all unless they are of nuclear importance and everyone is okay with it), but as mentioned, I like darker elements in my plot as they make it more interesting in my opinion.
°As this is The Secret History inspired, I want to see interesting characters, give me all the complex psychology of their character, their flaws and good sides.
•Most importantly, let's have fun.
