Hello! It has been a while since I've joined; I signed up for this site originally as a refugee from Guilty Pleasures, but wasn't feeling up to much roleplaying as a result of the loss there. However, now that I am once more feeling up for some role playing, I'd like to introduce myself.
I've been roleplaying for several years now, and consider myself to be rather literary. My introduction to roleplaying came through RPGs, starting with Dungeons and Dragons, and roleplaying games remain one of my preferred methods of doing so.
I prefer themes involving the extraordinary and the fantastical; realistic roleplays have very little appeal to me, though I do enjoy stories where the fantastical is superimposed over the mundane. Science Fiction and Fantasy are my two favorite genres. That being said, I should also add that I am quite fond of including Horror themes in my works, if the scenario calls for it.
My fandoms are many, but off the top of my head my favorites include Star Wars, Star Trek, The Elder Scrolls, The Witcher, RWBY, Mass Effect, and 40k. I suppose that about sums things up; feel free to ask questions if you have any.
