INTRODUCTION —
Hello, my name is Social, but you can call me Soc! I've rolled out of retirement on this account to see if I can get some roleplays up and running! With the newest season of Euphoria airing (although I'm not watching it), I've realized how much I miss the characters! So I'm currently seeking a few roleplays focusing on canon characters and potentially original characters, depending on what we pick! I really want to develop that world and lean into the craziness that the first two seasons possessed. Obviously, this would take place after all the characters have graduated, so don't even worry about that! Before we get into plots and ships though, feel free to learn more about me and what I'm looking for in a partner!
I'm an advanced roleplayer, or at least I consider myself one, which means I usually average between 1k to 2k words per in-character post. My posting frequency varies considerably depending on my inspiration levels and my life outside of roleplaying which is plagued by health issues and the general hustle and bustle of life. Sometimes I might be posting multiple times per day, every day, while other times I might make a post every couple of weeks. I will do my best to keep you in the loop about my schedule! When it comes to the plot and characters, I am heavily invested in developing and exploring them as much as possible. I love world-building and character-building, so I will yap about scenarios, HCs, and other things OOC pretty frequently. On that note, I do strive for some sort of realism when it comes to characters and the world they exist in, as the stakes make it that much more exciting!
In terms of genres, I am dead set on romance being a very important one and kind of the driving force behind the characters we play. That being said, I love exploring other themes, especially in a setting such as Euphoria. I don't particularly have many triggers, so if there is something that might bother you, please feel free to let me know! I am down to double when it comes to roleplaying, but I'm happy with focusing on a single couple as well. So if doubling is your thing, I would be happy to cook up an OC to play against yours!
EXPECTATIONS & RULES —
• Romance is a must!
• A minimum of 800 words per post!
• Decent grammar/clear posts. I know mistakes happen, (I always stumble upon mine after I hit send) but try to make it at least legible enough that I can enjoy reading your work!
• Communicate with me. If you are feeling low on inspiration or you are becoming busy, just send me a message and I'll be chill for however long it takes for you to get back into the swing of things. I'm super relaxed about posting, so don't feel forced to match my frequency if you can't.
• No Ai at all! I won't accept any photos, music, generated aesthetic boards, or posts that have been generated by Ai. Zero tolerance policy on this, and I will not budge for anyone.
• If you have any triggers, please let me know when you contact me!
• Writing samples! I would love at least one writing sample when you reach out so I can see if our styles will mesh well or not!

• I will make lore changes for certain characters, which I can expand upon!

I am primarily seeking a Fezco x Lexi roleplay! However, Rue x Maddy is also another ship I'm looking to explore! Plot-wise, I'm big into rewriting the end of S2 so that Ash and Fez don't die and certainly don't get tossed into prison for 30 years! I also refuse to acknowledge half the shit going on in S3 so coming up with our own version of post-graduation Euphoria would be amazing! In an ideal world, I'd love to double up with these ships!
FEZCO X LEXI PLOTS —
*Note: All of these plots are post-graduation plots!
• Okay, so maybe falling in love from a simple handhold after watching Stand By Me was a bad idea, but nobody said Lexi was always smart. Sometimes, life just had a funny way of working out. [This roleplay essentially would be a retelling of a show after the infamous movie date that Fexi has. We could literally follow the show scene for scene after this or create our own plot. It's really up for development here!]
• Ever since Lexi Howard awkwardly dragged herself into the Dairy, just a few steps behind Rue, Fezco knew he was done for. Her cute and nerdy ass did something funky with his heart, and it never got any better. If anything, that shit got worse once they became actual friends that summer. Unbeknownst to him, Lexi was feeling the exact same way, only she had Rue on her ass telling her not to crush on her dealer. [This roleplay would focus on Fezco and Lexi developing a friendship back when Rue first became a customer of his. I like the idea of them being friends for a while and being heavy on the 'are we really just friends' vibes with a bit of sneaking around because people would judge the fuck out of them.]
• They were both goners after that New Year's party. Maybe they didn't say it out loud, but there was something downright divine in the way they never left each other's orbit, even after Fezco almost killed Nate's sorry ass. But despite that, they couldn't even say they were dating. No, that was too much. That made shit too complicated. So they were friends. Friends who maybe couldn't keep their hands off each other. [This roleplay would focus on Lexi and Fez more or less jumping beyond the simple buzzy vibes they had going in the show and developing a friendship but also a physical relationship and all the drama that comes with navigating that.]
• It was obvious to anyone who had a half-functioning brain that Fezco and Lexi were beyond gone for each other. They practically had heart eyes every time they were around each other, and when they weren't? They were literally on the phone until they both passed out. So naturally, he had plans of asking her out after her play's opening night. He had the whole thing figured out and planned down to the smallest thing, like cleaning out the Caddy until it sparkled. Red roses, a damn love letter, the whole thing was straight out of whatever dumb rom-com Faye forced him to watch. So when shit hit the fan, and he wasn't at her play, but was held up by the Feds for 24 hours, reality threw his ass down the stairs. Whatever he wanted with Lexi would never work, and he'd be damned before he dragged her into something as dangerous as his life. [This roleplay would focus on a rewrite of that horrid, horrid episode. Instead of Ash and Fez getting shot, they only end up getting held as they try to catch Fez for something, only to let him go when there's nothing even in his grandma's house. Fezco realizes that his lifestyle is way too dangerous to involve Lexi in, so without warning, he breaks up with her despite them never being official. This would focus on them trying to stay apart but ultimately gravitating back together! Super drama-filled, very angsty, but so worth it!]
• He had called her fearless for not believing in God, and that little compliment had gone to her head a little too much. She had never expected that she would someday square up to Nate Jacobs, demanding that he leave her sister and Maddy alone, that he was an unwelcome tumor that neither girl needed in their lives. But she did expect his fingers gripping her arm with the strength to break the bones if he wanted. She was positive he would do worse, but by some miracle, Fezco of all people, had stumbled in, an easy threat leaving him as he stepped between them. Girlfriend. He had called her his girlfriend. Well, that complicated things, didn't it? [This roleplay would focus on Lexi trying to stick up for both Cassie and Maddy, having had enough of Nate Jacobs being the literal devil. Unfortunately, he has no tolerance for her attitude and is going to set her straight when Fezco involves himself and tells Nate that Lexi is his girl, and if he touches her, he's a dead man. Now, Lexi and Fez are more or less forced to be 'dating' to keep Nate from going postal on her the second she's alone. Could be an AU where the New Year's party never happened, or one where it did!]
• She didn't say she was surprised to hear that Fezco got arrested and had to serve time, but she was surprised that he didn't allow her to visit him. They had one phone call, where he told her all the reasons why this was her chance to walk away and he would be forcing her to take it. It didn't matter how many weekends she showed up, practically begging them to let her see him, he never budged. Five years passed, and they were the worst years of her life. She would've lost her mind if she didn't have Ash and Faye there to act as some sort of weird pseudo-Fezco replacement as they gave her updates and tried to talk to him as well. But she didn't have a reason to wait, and frankly, the idea of staying pathetically single the entire time, just waiting for him when he was released, spurred her to move on. Or at least try. [This roleplay would focus on Fez getting arrested and serving about 5 years for the charges he caught during the raid. Luckily for him, he had put Faye on some paperwork that gave her custody of Ash while he was incarcerated. Lexi, bless her soul, has been a wreck over not being able to see Fezco and only realizes she's let herself stay single and miserable for way too long and decides to move on, coincidentally around the time Fez gets released.]
• It would be a lie if Fezco said it had been easy letting Lexi Howard go. He had only allowed himself to kiss her temple before he wished her 'good luck' at college. She had been all tears and sobs, asking if she could at least come and visit him, but he shut that shit down. Things were way too tense with the Feds still sniffing around and with him trying to get out of bed with Laurie. So he let her leave, and he never reached out. That means it about killed him when he saw her after four agonizing years, all starry-eyed as she spoke to someone on a couch at a party about whatever internship she had over the summer. He shouldn't be jealous, and he sure as hell shouldn't try to approach her, but damn. They were magnetic, and he couldn't deny the hold she had over him. [This roleplay focuses on Fezco and Lexi never dating or even getting to kiss before he is all but boxing her up and shipping her off to university so she's safe and living the life she deserves. It's only when Lexi comes back home after college, just to visit for the summer, that Fezco finds himself kicking his past self for ever letting her go.]

RUE X MADDY PLOTS —

• Rue would be a terrible, terrible liar if she said that her mind wasn't stuck on Maddy Perez day and night. She always thought she was cute, and then she got gorgeous, but she was always wrapped around some guy until she settled on Nate Jacobs. So Rue pulled back. Their friendship eased into an acquaintanceship, affectionate childhood nicknames being exchanged between them when they would overlap at parties or at the Howard's. Of course, that changes after Rue finds the bruises on Maddy's neck and she's suddenly throwing herself back into that hellscape she called love. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy being really close childhood friends, and only really splitting up once Maddy and Nate started dating. However, once Rue gets wind of the shit Nate's been doing to Maddy, she finds herself offering friendship, and Maddy is all too happy to return that.]
• It was the same song and dance they had been doing through school and even after graduation. Friends most days, and something wild and messy whenever Maddy was single. She would lament with Rue, sharing a joint with her, talking about needing to be loved and how Nate was so awful, but also so good to her. It wouldn't take more than an hour before she was forgetting about Nate's sorry ass and was focused solely on Rue. But damn, maybe Rue was tired of being a way to soothe Maddy's broken heart, and maybe, maybe Maddy was starting to feel like it was less for comfort and fun, and more like what she felt with Nate. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy essentially being FWBs (secretly) whenever Maddy and Nate break up. It's been going on for years, and they never talk about it until Rue starts to question what they are doing, and it forces both of them to come to terms with their weird relationship.]
• Rue was pathetically in love with Jules, that much was true, and Maddy could see that. It was cute, sweet even, but she still found herself rolling her eyes every time either one of them came to her and talked about the stupid argument they had. Or rather, she got annoyed with Jules before firing some sage advice her way, and she got downright mean with Rue when she complained. Not rude in the way she would upset the girl, but rude in the way she would talk about Jules, silently encouraging Rue to do what Maddy would do. "Make her jealous! Find some perfect girl who would make her crazy jealous and boom—you're set, Rue-Rue." Of course, when Rue comes up blank with options, Maddy cruelly suggests herself for such a ploy. [This roleplay would focus on Maddy being (thankfully) done with Nate and turning into Rue and Jules' weird dating coach because she's about the only one with toxic relationship experience. However, she quickly finds herself annoyed by how down bad Rue is for the blonde, and she rather horribly suggests that Rue pretend to date her or at least act interested in her to get Jules to get her shit together. It's 100% not because Maddy is crushing or anything on Rue.]
• Okay, so maybe Rue felt bad about blowing up Maddy's longest-lasting friendship by airing out Cassie's dirty laundry, but she was stuck in a hard place! Once she got clean though, after a rather horrible detox in the hospital, she felt hella guilty and wanted nothing more than to get on her knees and apologize to Maddy. So color her surprised when Maddy Perez waltzes her ass into the hospital as soon as Rue is accepting visitors, a big smile on her face as she hands her a 'get well soon' basket. She actually thanks Rue for what she did because "you're the only one who was honest with me, despite the fact you were high as fuck. I appreciate that, Rue, really." And just like that, Maddy somehow becomes a constant presence in Rue's recovery. [This roleplay would focus on Maddy and Rue developing a relationship after the truth nuke Rue drops about Nate and Cassie. Maddy finds that Rue, despite being in the throes of addiction, had been more upfront and honest about shit than anyone else had in years. And surprisingly, that is something Maddy is clinging to, and she's eager to be there for her friend.]
• Rue rarely thought about graduation, and if she did, she never imagined she would be able to walk across that stage. So she was pleasantly surprised that she managed to pull her shit together enough to pass and get out of that damn school. Only, she didn't expect herself to be in a situation where she was rather passionately making out with Maddy at a party, the two of them tucked away in a room, talking about all the things they did and didn't do during school. How is she supposed to wrap her head around that? [This roleplay would focus on Rue being sober and successfully graduating, much to the enthusiasm of Maddy, who drags her to their first post-graduation party, determined to be her sober buddy. However, things get a little more heated than either anticipated when they start talking about school and all the things they wish had happened. Maddy just happens to let it slip she was sad she never explored things more because she was so in love with Nate, and Rue rather cautiously points out it's never too late for that.]
• It's all storms and earthquakes whenever Maddy Perez walks into a room. She's literally a threat to Mother Nature herself because of how enigmatic she is. So Rue is somewhat weirdly relieved that they haven't seen each other in person in years, mostly because she's desperate to get over that weird childhood crush that just won't let go. Things kind of come to a head when she bumps into Maddy at a party, a party that she really had no business being at, and all of a sudden, she's 15 again and hopelessly following Maddy around with heart eyes. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy sort of losing touch after Maddy moves away, for college and for freedom from Nate, and Rue more or less hangs around California and tries to put aside whatever leftover childhood crush she still has. But things come rushing back as soon as Maddy returns, blissfully unaware of Rue's buried feelings. Or at least, that's what Rue believes.]

He shouldn't be jealous, and he sure as hell shouldn't try to approach her, but damn. They were magnetic, and he couldn't deny the hold she had over him. [This roleplay focuses on Fezco and Lexi never dating or even getting to kiss before he is all but boxing her up and shipping her off to university so she's safe and living the life she deserves. It's only when Lexi comes back home after college, just to visit for the summer, that Fezco finds himself kicking his past self for ever letting her go.]

RUE X MADDY PLOTS —
*Note: All of these plots are post-graduation plots!
• Rue would be a terrible, terrible liar if she said that her mind wasn't stuck on Maddy Perez day and night. She always thought she was cute, and then she got gorgeous, but she was always wrapped around some guy until she settled on Nate Jacobs. So Rue pulled back. Their friendship eased into an acquaintanceship, affectionate childhood nicknames being exchanged between them when they would overlap at parties or at the Howard's. Of course, that changes after Rue finds the bruises on Maddy's neck and she's suddenly throwing herself back into that hellscape she called love. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy being really close childhood friends, and only really splitting up once Maddy and Nate started dating. However, once Rue gets wind of the shit Nate's been doing to Maddy, she finds herself offering friendship, and Maddy is all too happy to return that.]
• It was the same song and dance they had been doing through school and even after graduation. Friends most days, and something wild and messy whenever Maddy was single. She would lament with Rue, sharing a joint with her, talking about needing to be loved and how Nate was so awful, but also so good to her. It wouldn't take more than an hour before she was forgetting about Nate's sorry ass and was focused solely on Rue. But damn, maybe Rue was tired of being a way to soothe Maddy's broken heart, and maybe, maybe Maddy was starting to feel like it was less for comfort and fun, and more like what she felt with Nate. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy essentially being FWBs (secretly) whenever Maddy and Nate break up. It's been going on for years, and they never talk about it until Rue starts to question what they are doing, and it forces both of them to come to terms with their weird relationship.]
• Rue was pathetically in love with Jules, that much was true, and Maddy could see that. It was cute, sweet even, but she still found herself rolling her eyes every time either one of them came to her and talked about the stupid argument they had. Or rather, she got annoyed with Jules before firing some sage advice her way, and she got downright mean with Rue when she complained. Not rude in the way she would upset the girl, but rude in the way she would talk about Jules, silently encouraging Rue to do what Maddy would do. "Make her jealous! Find some perfect girl who would make her crazy jealous and boom—you're set, Rue-Rue." Of course, when Rue comes up blank with options, Maddy cruelly suggests herself for such a ploy. [This roleplay would focus on Maddy being (thankfully) done with Nate and turning into Rue and Jules' weird dating coach because she's about the only one with toxic relationship experience. However, she quickly finds herself annoyed by how down bad Rue is for the blonde, and she rather horribly suggests that Rue pretend to date her or at least act interested in her to get Jules to get her shit together. It's 100% not because Maddy is crushing or anything on Rue.]
• Okay, so maybe Rue felt bad about blowing up Maddy's longest-lasting friendship by airing out Cassie's dirty laundry, but she was stuck in a hard place! Once she got clean though, after a rather horrible detox in the hospital, she felt hella guilty and wanted nothing more than to get on her knees and apologize to Maddy. So color her surprised when Maddy Perez waltzes her ass into the hospital as soon as Rue is accepting visitors, a big smile on her face as she hands her a 'get well soon' basket. She actually thanks Rue for what she did because "you're the only one who was honest with me, despite the fact you were high as fuck. I appreciate that, Rue, really." And just like that, Maddy somehow becomes a constant presence in Rue's recovery. [This roleplay would focus on Maddy and Rue developing a relationship after the truth nuke Rue drops about Nate and Cassie. Maddy finds that Rue, despite being in the throes of addiction, had been more upfront and honest about shit than anyone else had in years. And surprisingly, that is something Maddy is clinging to, and she's eager to be there for her friend.]
• Rue rarely thought about graduation, and if she did, she never imagined she would be able to walk across that stage. So she was pleasantly surprised that she managed to pull her shit together enough to pass and get out of that damn school. Only, she didn't expect herself to be in a situation where she was rather passionately making out with Maddy at a party, the two of them tucked away in a room, talking about all the things they did and didn't do during school. How is she supposed to wrap her head around that? [This roleplay would focus on Rue being sober and successfully graduating, much to the enthusiasm of Maddy, who drags her to their first post-graduation party, determined to be her sober buddy. However, things get a little more heated than either anticipated when they start talking about school and all the things they wish had happened. Maddy just happens to let it slip she was sad she never explored things more because she was so in love with Nate, and Rue rather cautiously points out it's never too late for that.]
• It's all storms and earthquakes whenever Maddy Perez walks into a room. She's literally a threat to Mother Nature herself because of how enigmatic she is. So Rue is somewhat weirdly relieved that they haven't seen each other in person in years, mostly because she's desperate to get over that weird childhood crush that just won't let go. Things kind of come to a head when she bumps into Maddy at a party, a party that she really had no business being at, and all of a sudden, she's 15 again and hopelessly following Maddy around with heart eyes. [This roleplay would focus on Rue and Maddy sort of losing touch after Maddy moves away, for college and for freedom from Nate, and Rue more or less hangs around California and tries to put aside whatever leftover childhood crush she still has. But things come rushing back as soon as Maddy returns, blissfully unaware of Rue's buried feelings. Or at least, that's what Rue believes.]
