Hi. I wish we could all get along like we used to in middle school. I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy...
If the Mean Girls reference, or my profile's custom title, hasn't clued you in yet--I'm big gay (too gay to function, in fact). And I know that doesn't relate to anything roleplay-wise, but I figured we had to get that out of the way first--since, well... we're doing introductions.
The thing that attracted me the most to roleplaying back in the day was worldbuilding and character creation--and it's the same thing that has made me continue doing it to this day. The idea of being part of something that brings fantasy and imagination to "life", and watching characters grow before your very eyes, just gives me a thrill no other experience ever had.
I've experienced different kinds of roleplay/roleplay media: short replies, multi-para, novella, forum, social media (facebook, tumblr, etc.) and I found that I've always gravitated towards forums and play-by-posts--not only because it was convenient, but because I've found that people think about their replies more when they're bombarded by a variety of options of code and customization ;)
But that's just me.
If you want a roleplay partner or if you've got the spare time, maybe you guys can show me around?
