A WORLD AT WAR The year is 2033 and world war three has broken out between NATO and Russia. Russia released a icbm on the west coast of America. War is actively going on, and has been for five months now. Multiple bombs, upwards of fifty have been dropped in both countries, making them inhospitable due to radiation. Organophosphate nerve agents were released in the upper Midwest, most suffocated to death or went into strokes, but those who survived the impact changed-- losing control of their impulses and perception, becoming highly agitated, behavior studied in cases of Bath Salts. This altered state of reality swept across the coast, leaving most of america, mexico, parts of europe and parts of canada in complete disarray. Despite this global collapse, war rages on.

On July 11th, about 17 minutes past noon a warhead of 240 kilotons was dropped in the heart of Seattle, over 167,000 are dead and nearly 256,000 injured. We estimate these numbers will double, if not triple with the radiation. ​

In a war worn world two survivors from different sides of the battle must work together to make it through a strange and dangerous circumstances. Apocalyptic - Survival Comfort - Angst Forbidden Lovers​ This RP would take place in Quebec, Canada. It is late December and rumors of a ceasefire are in the air. The temperatures are below zero, nearing -30 with a blizzard incoming. All residents that haven't evacuated are to stay inside and seal all air vents, windows and doors. There have been a few small bombs dropped nearby, but most of the war is raged by foot soldiers. Remaining residents are starting to become unpredictable, and soldiers increasingly violent, some slaughtering their own fleets. It is a dog eat dog world, be careful who you trust.

PLOT POINT 1 - HYPOTHERMIC MC is a Canadian combat medic drafted against his will into the war. Another bomb has just dropped nearby, the blast radius killing some and burning and severely injuring others. Toxic fumes hang heavy in the air, deranged MC gets separated from his fleet who have started firing on one another, escaping into the nearby woods outside of town. He meets YC, a Russian solider, there is either a momentary scuffle where MC is a little piss baby and cries not to be killed because he's a coward, begs for mercy-- OR where YC is found injured and MC tends to their wounds and tries to get them out of the area. They need to find shelter from the radiation blast, the toxins already seeping into their brains. Before long, their primal instincts and impulses may ruin this temporary alliance if they don't move fast PLOT POINT 2 - WHO CAN IT BE NOW? YC, either a solider or civilian is caught in the middle of crossfire, looking for shelter amongst the broken homes they find an old house, boarded up and still standing tall. They break in, beginning to loot when they find they aren't alone. MC, a paranoid hoarder has been hiding here throughout the war. Despite the fact you're jacking his shit, he lets you stay as he hasn't had company in such a long time. YC stays despite getting off vibes from MC. This is what I have for now! I'd like to explore the idea of MC being a scientist trying to come up with a cure for the population's insanity. THE MUSE an idea of the character I'd be using. A medic? a scientist? a stalker? it doesn't matter baby, he's still a dick. Meet Seth Claude Auvary Rude? Cynical? Sarcastic? Down right sneevy? Just maybe. Seth comes off as a cold, uninterested and bleak individual- more caught up in his work and own problems to pay anyone else peace of mind. He isn't here to be your friend, and while he won't downright leave someone to die, being a naturally caring individual, he will bicker your ear off about it. A sniffling coward with a seemingly inflated ego, all bark and no bite. Those who do make it past the introductory phase would describe Seth as a passionate, but maybe deranged individual, selfless to those he loves, greedy with those he idealizes. Weird in an unsettling way, and what would be considered masochistic in his decisions. Laughs at his own jokes, they are funny, you just don't understand them.
