I was on another roleplaying website before it went down hill. Then to a app, and my travels have finally brought me here. With over ten years of roleplaying experience under my belt, I hope I make myself a quilified partner for many of you. I favor developing a sound plot before getting into the nitty gritty. Most of my roleplays are action adventure settings with a more 70/30 plot/romance ratio. That being said, I don't like forced, harped upon romance. Settings I specialize in are: Modern, fantasy, and Sci-fi. A lot of the time you'll find me not in a inspired roleplaying mood. This is fine, as I won't turn down friendly, open minded, progressive conversation. I've probably bored all of you to tears by now so if you're still reading this, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey there,

Welcome to what I affectionately refer to as the 'mad house'.
We have the full range of writers here, from enthusiastic first timers to professionals giving their characters a run.
Along with that they cover full scope of interests and genres, although as you will probably notice many lean towards the darker aspects of story telling with dark fantasy, horror and noirotica the most popular. That's not to say we are without the lighter aspects.

Any problems hit up the lovely staff they are there to help. Any more general queries, pop into general chat there are usually some long term residents lurking about who will help if we are able.

Look forward to seeing you around.
Nyx.

The 70/30 rule is kind of where I like to be with stories, too. I'm a fatty so I usually use food comparisons. Like, the world building and plot movement and character development is the meat and potatoes where the smutty romance stuff is the gravy slathered on top to make it all go down a little easier.

Yeeeessss see I wholeheartedly agree with this. Everyone has their niche and I've gotta say that's a good one.
