Background: The only child of Senator Corval Leonis, Cynthia grew up expected to take his place in the Galatic Senate. She was educated at the finest of schools on her home planet of Carida before she was sent to Coruscant at the age of eighteen to be an aide to her father. While on the planet she completed her education and gleamed all the knowledge from her father and his colleagues she could. It was a scant four years later that he passed away and she took his seat. She was a rising star of the Senate, gaining influence on both sides of many issues.
After taking his seat, she has spent her time in the Galatic Senate perfecting the art of negotiation with her fellow Senators and has been as a keen mind on several issues. Surprisingly, she has struck up a friendship with Mon Mothma despite the political implications.
