It's called ‘Exotic Pleasures’ and it has recently relocated to a classy uptown neighborhood. The owners have purchased the corner two-story building and renovated it to suit their needs. The second floor consists mostly of living space while the first floor and basement levels are where the various activities take place. These activities include a high-end XXX shopping experience, gloryhole section, 'full-service' rooms, small lounge area complete with bar and stage area.

Near every entrance to every space and section is a very obvious and predominant “LGBTQ” sign that reads “Every One Is Welcome Here”.

The Location:

Exotic Pleasures is located in a high-end uptown neighbourhood. The building itself is two stories, and owned by Morgan and Julie who lived in a large apartment that takes up about a third of the second floor. The other two-thirds of the second floor is made up of a multiuse, multi-bedroom living space used by staff and sometimes rented out to out of town guests.

The front half of the first floor holds the Exotic Pleasures storefront. Here the store area is divided into several sections, selling toys, lingerie and other accessories along with a media area. Pretty much anything that can be used for a sexual purpose can be had here, and if it’s not found on site then it can be ordered with expedited delivery. The quality of the items is of high to very high, and the prices reflect this, of course. The main storefront entrance opens into this area. A door at the back leads to the rear section.

The back section of the store has its own entrance at the side of the building (though the section can be accessed from the store section as well). Some days they’re open and some days they’re not. Upon entry to the back one comes to a private reception area, where one is required to sign in before gaining entry to the rear service area. From here, one can access the gloryhole section, the service rooms as well as the lounge area. The office area, where the spiral staircase that leads to the second floor and basement is found, is also located at the back of this section.

Gloryhole Rooms: These rooms are very small, with a small bench along the wall across from the door. Each of the two side walls have holes set in their center at a comfortable height for the parties involved. The holes are lined with silky-soft leather and of a size suitable for all comers. The walls are also close enough that the subject can manually handle two subjects, one at each side at the same time. The floor is tiled but several soft pillows are provided for kneeling. A very small corner sink and a shelf is located along the back wall. On the shelf are wipes, mints, hand soap, towels and a bottle of mouthwash. Hanging on the back of the door is a screen connected to the reception desk that can be used to send messages between the person providing the service and the receptionist. The small closet-sized side-rooms have a string of red LED lights along the ceiling and another along the floor. There is a screen on the wall with a menu of various porn one could enjoy while being serviced. Hooks along the back wall allowed to hang articles of clothing and a small corner table holds other items as required along with some wipes (with aloe). Along the side walls are very secure grab bars.

The Pleasure Lounge: One of the new additions to the business is the lounge area. It is designed like an old fashion gentleman’s club, though with a modern flare. The bar is classy and fully stocked. A large round booth that can seat a dozen people is the centerpiece of the lounge area and acts as a cigar section. A selection of the finest cigars are available for sale. The table at the center of the round booth is large and sturdy enough for multiple dancers to perform. A few small booths and tables are also located in this space, along with a stage area complete with a stainless steel dancing pole located opposite the bar. This lounge area can be booked for group parties, gambling events and entertainment, and services can be arranged.

Service Rooms: These rooms vary in size and luxury, from smaller simple and functional rooms to the larger more luxurious chambers. Despite the varying styles and sizes, all rooms contain the same high-quality furniture and basic layout and are presented with classy, tasteful decor. They include a queen sized or king sized bed, a comfortable seating area and a small washroom attached, with a large glass-in shower and/or tub area. Each of the rooms also contain a small mini-bar fridge and snack bar with complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms are rented by the 4-hour slot (morning, afternoon, evening or night) and must be reserved ahead of time to ensure proper sanitation. There are three rooms on the first floor, and three on the lower level. One of the lower-level rooms is designed to look like a gothic BDSM sex chamber.

2nd floor- Guest/Staff Apartment: About two-thirds of the second floor is taken up by the guest/staff living space. The central part of the space consists of a large open concept, modern living space, with kitchen, living room, a side office space with desk and two sections of wall to floor bookshelves. There is a fully equipped 4-piece bathroom to either side of the space and a total of 6 guest bedrooms circumvent the central living space. Staff who work very late often use these rooms to sleep and the rooms are often rented out to out of town guests/clients.

Morgan (Co-Owner): Morgan purchased a small XXX shop when she was just 18 years old, thanks to a bit of money left to her by her grandmother. She renamed the shop ‘Exotic Pleasures’ and has grown the business to what it is today, with the help of her friend and now co-owner Julie. Morgan has the experience and the contacts to make the business grow, and now with Julie’s help the business has grown to what it is today.

Morgan is 26 years old, and she stands at about 5’7” with a slim, athletic body. She has thick, shoulder length brown hair and she often darkens or dyes different colours. Her eyes fall on the greyish side of blue. Her skin is usually well tanned and she sports tattoos all over. Morgan is bisexual.

Julie (Co-Owner): Julie came from a large religious rural farming family, and she knew from an early point in her life she was going to leave for the big city and never look back. She saved enough so that as soon as she graduated she left the farm life for the city. In college she studied business, and after meeting Morgan the two hit it off and went into business together. Like Morgan, Julie has a passion for sex.

Julie is 24 years old and she stands at about 5’5” with a slim, feminine body. She has long red hair and piercing blue eyes. Her breasts are firm and well rounded and she has a nice tight rear. Her skin is on the pale side and unblemished. Julie is bisexual.

Tawny (Service-Girl): Tawny was born and raised in the city. She had a difficult upbringing, with parents that drank and enjoyed partaking in drugs. At 16 she left home and went out on her own, falling in with the wrong crowd for a couple years, before she got clean and studied for her GED at the age of 19. Tommy is about 5’6” with a lithe frame. He’s very feminine looking and he does nothing to hide it. Tommy has thick curly brown hair that he keeps at about shoulder length and he has blue eyes. Tommy is gay.

Anni (Service-Girl): Anni (not her real name) is new at Exotic Pleasures, having only been hired at the opening of the new location. She’s 23, smart and eager to make a name for herself. Unlike some of the other girls she lacks the level of experience when it comes to sex (though she’s eager to learn), so she tends to work the store or the reception a bit more while she gains more experience.

Anni stands at 5’6” with an attractive build. She has dark brown hair that runs down past her shoulders and she has big sexy brown eyes. Anni is bi-curious, but has never been with a woman yet.

Colleen (Dom): Colleen has worked with Exotic Pleasures mostly on a part time basis. Olivier (Oliver) (Lounge Manager): Oliver, as everyone calls him, is a French immigrant who came overseas after a failed marriage. He was an entrepreneur who opened a restaurant in the city specializing in French cuisine. After building the business into a success he sold it with the intention of retiring to a comfortable life. He was certainly comfortable, he grew bored and before long he became a regular at Exotic Pleasures. When he heard, the owners were looking to expand the business he made the pitch of opening a lounge akin to an old fashion cigar lounge/gentleman’s club. Having grown to like the man they decided to make him the manager, a job he accepted with pleasure. Oliver can frequently be found behind the bar.

Olivier is 56 years old and in remarkable shape. He still has a full head of thick hair, though it has grown quite grey over the years. He also has matching facial hair and has dark brown eyes. He stands at close to 6’ in height and is of average weight.

Kyle (Bartender/Service): Kyle was just hired to help Oliver at the bar in the lounge, when events take place. Otherwise, he often works with the service staff performing whatever task is needed. Kyle has worked as a construction laborer for several years until signing on at EP.

Kyle is 28 years old and just under 6’ in height with an athletic and muscular build. He has long brown hair and blue-grey eyes.
