Hello!
To anyone who may be interested in a long-term, literate, romantic roleplay, I highly recommend you reach out to me! The idea I have for my roleplay is essentially that my character, Araxie Leofina, is running away from her kingdom and her tyrannical older brother, Alexander II. Who you are is up to you! Whether that be a knight, a bounty hunter, a bandit, etc. I love the idea of having these two characters who are at complete odds and constantly butting heads to find a common goal and find love along the way! 18+ content is more than okay and I'm happy to work the details out if you're interested at all. Below I am leaving a vague prompt idea to give you an impression of what I would be looking for as far as roleplay goes. If you're interested, I have a description, reference image, and other details available. Let me know what you think!
Prompt:
Everything was foggy, both in the young girl's mind and in the darkened woods that now surrounded her. Araxie had fled from Ravaryn at least a week prior, however the days were starting to bleed into each other for the young woman. At one point, she could say she was proud to represent her kingdom. Ravaryn was a great and prosperous kingdom... But that was until her father fell ill and passed, late last spring. Now, she had left everything she loved behind to escape the tyrant king that was once her beloved brother. Hardly any time at all had gone by since their fathers passing, and Alexander II was already making waves against each of their neighboring kingdoms, waging wars and executing anyone who dare even look at him the wrong way. He was but a shadow of who Araxie knew him to be, and the girl couldn't imagine staying even a moment longer. She had fled late in the night, taking only enough gold to get her by without any trouble. She was smart, a cunning young woman. As soon as she had made her way out of the immediate village, she sold her luxurious robes to a traveling merchant and purchased more suitable clothing for a commoner. She dawned a white peasant top with a black skirt over it, a simple leather corset, boots and pouch to carry her belongings, along with a long black cape. She had also made the choice to purchase a sword and dagger, knowing she had to at least try and protect herself. Originally, she decided to bide her time in the town she had first found herself in, seating herself alone in the corner of a dark and seedy pub. She ordered a beer, the taste alone making the poor thing wrinkle up her nose in disgust. She had gotten comfortable in her seat, sipping on the vile liquid. That was until her green eyes scanned the room curiously, landing on more than one wanted poster with a drawing of her on it. Alexander was offering a hefty bounty for her, and thankfully the poster did specify he wanted her alive. Nevertheless, she wasn't safer in the tavern. So, as quiet and inconspicuous as she could be, she stood from the chair she sat in. Dropping a few gold coins for the barkeep, she left into the dark and foggy night, a little woozy from the alcohol in her system. She figured she'd sober up as she walked along the path, doing her best to make as much of the trip as she could, not wanting to spend more time in her once beloved Ravaryn than was necessary.
