Hi. I've been away from roleplaying for the past year to focus on work and family. I have free time again, and would like to test the waters.
I like to include supernatural elements, but more subtle ones. Ie, the vampire isn't ancient and powerful, he's a programmer who was recently turned, and he's much better at being human than anything else.
Or maybe he's a psychic who self medicates with alcohol while pretending to be emotionally numb from working too many horrific cases with the local police.
I usually write M/M, but will occasionally write M/F with the right female characters. Protip: they don't have to be drop dead gorgeous women who don't know how beautiful they are. Flawed characters are my weakness, so leave perfection at the door.
