Welcome
Glad to have you here in my little corner of the sanctum <3 I doubt when I post this it will be fully fleshed out, but I will come back and make sure it becomes so! Until then, here is some of the basics.

About Me
I am currently a masters student in history and love what I do! In my spare time I write novels and read a ton (I am a huge Dostoevsky fan!). I have been writing for over ten years, I've written fourteen novels now, and I have been roleplaying (on and off) for the last five years. I am adaptable to my partner but I tend to write anywhere between 500-1500 words per post (though for action scenes that is generally shorter) and enjoy scheming and plotting ahead of time the basics of our plot so we know where we are headed. More on the plots that interest me later!

I prefer a smut to plot ratio of about 70 plot / 30 smut, just to keep it realistic. Furthermore smut should fit within the storyline, if we are doing an enemies to lovers (unless there's a circumstance of forced proximity or the like, which I adore) then there should be buildup. I am, as other people have phrased it, ghost friendly <3 you don't owe me any explanation, I will always endeavor to give you a heads up if I have lost interest or have to leave or pause the RP but please do not feel guilty for doing what you need to do.

If you'd like to read a sample of my writing you can find it here:
That minute stretched into hours which stretched into the nighttime. Unsurprisingly, Braen couldn’t sleep, her mind too caught up in thoughts of Arven and Feng and all her usual nightmares. Though the maid-guards had set her up her own set of rooms, Braen couldn’t stand to sit still. She found herself wandering, clutching a thin robe around her and hoping her slippered footsteps wouldn’t wake up the others in the estate. Eventually, Braen got bored of wandering and started opening doors, that was how she found the courtyard.
It was small, intimate even. There was a small bench surrounded by bushes and flowers that were probably beautiful in the warm season. Now their branches looked like spindly fingers reaching towards her. The moonlight cast the air in shades of blue and drowned out the small candle lantern that was barely flickering with light. Here the air smelt sweet but it was still too thin for Braen and her small walk left her out of breath. Collapsing into the bench and throwing her feet up on it, she attempted to close her eyes.
The darkness quickly drowned her. As when she tried to sleep, she felt unwelcome hands on her. They cascaded over her body and the wind whispered too sweet words in her ear. Feeling a shiver of displeasure and revulsion, Braen opened her eyes again. Feeling her heart sink, Braen clutched her thighs to her chest and felt a sob rising in her throat.
“There are far more gorgeous courtyards in this estate, Braen the Godkiller,” Colonel Feng interrupted and the sob died down. In his hand was a tray with two cups of tea on it.
Part of her wanted to tell him to go away, to leave her and her sadness be. Instead, Braen engaged him. “You say it so much,”
“What do I say?” Feng approached and Braen moved her feet. She felt herself tensing as he sat down beside her. There was too much she wanted to ask him and nowhere near enough drive in her to ask it all.
“My name,” Leaning against the side of the bench, Braen let her head roll against the back of it and closed her eye. With Feng there, she didn’t feel the clawing of hands at her throat and she treasured the small moment of respite. “Braen, Braen, Braen, that’s all you ever say,”
“It is only proper, to address you by your titles,” Feng explained and she heard the tray clatter as he set it down on the stone ground. He pushed a hot cup into her hand.
“Is that it?” Braen gripped the cup but kept her eye shut. “Just a matter of propriety?”
“Anything more would be unacceptable,”
“To who?”
“To you,” Feng spoke and his voice was pulled tight like the string of a harp.
Finally opening her eye, Braen found Feng already staring at her. His eyes weren’t brown, not in the way she had always assumed they were. In the moonlight, they were made up of striations of honey and chocolate and a touch of grass. Swallowing hard, Braen asked. “Why do you say that?”
“Because you despise me,” Feng’s arm bumped against her leg, but he didn’t pull back. Underneath his robe, his skin was warm. Braen didn’t know why she’d always expected him to be cold as stone. “Because I am the object of all your ire, Braen,”
“You said it again,”
Braen,” When Feng said it this time, it was barely a whisper. That simple word seemed to hang between them for several long moments.
Suddenly, he sat up and Braen felt the absence of his warmth against her legs. With a loud cough, Feng cleared his throat. After sipping his tea gingerly, Feng said. “You have questions for me,”
“Hundreds,” Braen looked down at the cup of tea in hands. Clutching it tighter to feel the warmth, Braen barely had to twitch a finger to feel the power of Islo respond to her. Like she had with Ether’s reflection, she ensured Feng would only tell the complete truth before asking. “Have you ever killed sorceresses?”
“Never,” Feng said simply. “Not one,”
“Not one?”
“Not ever,”
“Mortal?”
“Not one,”
“Not one?”
“Not ever,” Feng repeated again and his voice was soft. Suddenly Braen thought about the child he had been, thought of their conversations on the edge of the Tempest. He’d never wanted to be a murderer and looking at him now Braen saw that same boy in the softness of his face.

Plots
More will come I swear! But until then:

After the final battle at the end of Fire and Ash, Varang finds Quaritch in the ruins of the battle. They have nothing left, no home, no clan, no anything, but have to start over their lives. Before the battle they had... a sexual relationship, but it was never exactly romantic. Varang figured it would burn hot and fast and fizzle out quickly, but now, unexpectantly, they are all each other have. Will they try to survive on their own? Or go undercover in a new clan? Or remake the Mangkwan clan anew?

My idea for this one is to explore the characters in more depth and what their relationship would be like after the events of the last movie. I was also thinking we could write flashback scenes when it is appropriate and just enjoy their dynamic.

YC and MC were arranged to be married when they were young. They had a sweet and innocent romance growing up, YC was the heir to their kingdom's throne and MC was the daughter of a foreign dignitary and a local noble. Their marriage would secure an alliance which would bring prosperity to their little corner of the map. That was until the attacks. Right before they were set to be married, from the pits of hell climbed out terrible beasts called vampires and, in the effort to fight them off, YC was turned into one. For ten years after this, YC fought with other vampires to reclaim his throne and MC served as a nurse in the war against him. When he retakes the throne, he seeks to create balance and order as there was before and follows through on his promise from so long ago to marry MC. Is your character a cruel vampire who embraces the rough sides of bloodlust? Or a pacifist reformer who seeks to bring peace to the realm? Only you can decide.

More plots to come, until then, send me a PM if you're interested or have any ideas <3
