Hello! I go by Cherno.

New to this site, but I have been writing in various forms for no less than 15 years, including writing classes.

I have taken part in many text-based RP writings, most very long-term and went on/are ongoing for years.

I'm more of a 'quality writing' vs aesthetic flourishes kinda person. I do love posts with pictures/gifs/formatting, but I also prefer quality responses and don't mind if the responses are aesthetically plain.

I do primarily advanced lit/novella style responses. 300-1k+ words usually, but I usually match my partner depending on what's going on in the RP.

I heavily lean towards M/M but don't mind other genders if the plot is interesting. [I prefer queer/LGBTQ+ settings]

I am not ghosting friendly. I'm not expecting a two-week notice with an attached essay or anything, just tell me if you need to drop it for any reason. If you find yourself being flakey in that way, we probably won't mesh. That being said, I'm an adult who works a full time job and takes care of an ailing family member - I completely understand that life happens.

I'm looking for long-term partners and stories; and I'd need my partners and their characters to be at least 20 years old, preferably.

Hello Cherno, Welcome to I.S. you are in good company and shouldn't have a problem finding a co-author to start writing with. There are a ton of requests and more and more people are looking every day. Much of the information you shared here would be better suited in a request thread of your own so that a larger audience can view it. But I'm sure you'll figure things out if you need any help feel free to jump into chat everyone is very easy-going and pretty knowledgeable about the site if you prefer a more private discussion for help contact someone with a colored name.
