I'm Pikabo (Mr. Pikabo if you'd like). I'm Asian (which means expect something weird from my English) and an RPer, but not the sort of RPer you'd call a veteran. Maybe experienced but not THAT experienced. In fact, my first time was a short one in D&D. It was something I did with my friends for two years out of curiosity until I graduated senior high. I moved on and ended a lot of my old interests to prepare for new ones in my transition to college life. But after quarantine, I was thrown out of the loop of routine I got and built for myself and I had to find new things to keep me busy. I'm a history major but I'm interested in politics so I looked for political RP forums. That led me to a site called NationStates (still find it weird tho) and joined an RP community there last December. Months after, I wanted to look for other RP sites which led me here.

That's it.

So... Um...

Nice forum. Pretty erudite, if that's how you say it in the Western world.

Ah, an Asian. Sweet. Greetings from the weird continent in the middle, aka Europe. :p As far as I'm aware, most of the peeps here are Americans, so it's always interesting to encounter someone from the east for a change. :3

(Edit: The person above me has a snake in her boot... In case you've watched Toy Story. Hehe.)
 
Thank you Americans and Europeans, all good Western peeps. I assume not a lot of Asians then? I was weirdly hoping there'd be fellow Filipinos on the site because we're pretty much everywhere online. But that's not important. At least that makes me kinda exotic, I think... Hopefully not in a weird way.

Also, gotcha on that boot snake. Love Toy Story (up until 4)!

I'm sure there are some more Asians around the place, considering how many active users we have. Quite sure I once stumbled across someone claiming to be from the Philippines... Sadly, I don't remember the username. I totally get the excitement of meeting compatriots because it makes me so happy to find fellow Brits here. Although my situation is a bit more special, seeing as I don't live in the UK... So it excites me when I stumble across Scandinavians as well - they appear to be a rare sort to find online. :p

Good luck on finding fellow Filipinos, though! ^^

And yes... You are kinda exotic around here lol.
