I'm not sure I found the pic when I was looking for dark wizards for a DnD campaign.
 
Yeah I don't think it was intended to be at all but it literally looks perfectly like him because hes basically a bird man sorcerer with the hood of the costume being the exact same so it could be an inspiration either wow got inspired or vice versa. Otherwise damn that is a huge coincidence! :D
