Well hello there! It's a pleasure to see you. I see you've done a tippy tappy on my thread

My name is 'kita and Ive just joined a second ago. I've been writing since I was five but I've been role-playing specifically for gosh...twenty years now? It's really difficult to believe I've been doing this for so long! My GOSH. Cue the Early 90s Baby existentialism

Anywho! I've written a little about myself on my profile's 'About Me' section but I'll add a bit more here that I didn't mention there:

I love psychology and study regularly to keep up to date with the newest information released in the field
My all-time favourite special activity is crochet. I will never stop. I will PERISH with a crochet hook in my hand
I also knit, diamond paint and sew (I cannot use a sewing machine to save my LIFE, so I make my clothes 1600s 'Lady Wenniviere' style)
I am a polyglot. I speak a few languages fluently (French/Kreyol Haitien, Geechee (an English Kreyol), Spanish and German) and several conversationally (Japanese, Russian, Belarusian, Bulgarian and Dutch). I only mention this to explain why I might make mistakes in English whilst writing (and, quite frankly, other languages as well cos sometimes, my wires cross and I will accidentally mix languages)
I love to watch TV shows and films (documentaries, anime, psychological thrillers and horror to name a few genres), listen to music (any genre will do), and play video games (Cosy Grove, anyone?)
Fun fact: I play several instruments including but not limited to almost all percussion instruments with drums and timpani being my speciality and acoustic guitar. I am also an ex ballet/contemporary dancer but had to 'retire' at 16 due to a nasty injury brought on by medical issues that have now left me disabled and unable to dance
I do consider myself to be a witch. I am actively practising and thus might be unavailable during certain times of the day/days of the month. I ask in advance for understanding in this when it comes to replies. I will also never bring up my religious practices or go into detail about WHAT I practice unless asked. Even then, however, I may be quite vague but it's for a reason. My practice is very sacred to me, so I hold it extremely close

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
