hello everybody my name is markiplier-

joking joking! hello everyone! pleasure to be here. despite being here for a bit this is my first time actually sending anything. i am new to the site but not knew to roleplaying. i have been roleplaying for a decade on various sites now finding myself here hoping to create and weave some amazing stories. i am a formal quotev user but quickly left when the news came. i go by the two nicknames star or aphro am i just turned 22 on the 25th of june (yay me!). i work a full time job though am trying to go to school; for what, i do not know yet for my pronouns i usually use she/her but am totally fine with they/them. i do work a full time job but it can be pretty flexible. i am a book dragon, cause unlike a book worm i hoard books thinking im going to read them before completely forgetting they exist in the corner of my room. i adore making new friends, whether it's from a roleplay partner or someone just wanting to talk. i'm a very chill person with my pms always open to talk about anything. i am a big anime, cartoon, and a few live action shows.

for roleplaying, i do a bit of original and fandom roleplays. i usually write in third person pov and in paragraphs (2-4), depending. i like to match my writing partner's length. i will always prefer quality over quantity and do not mind a wait for a reply. for original i typically focus on supernatural/fantasy, romance, angst, historical roleplays but don't mind a modern setting with fantasy/supernatural aspects. i ADORE plotting and world building. finally, since i am of legal age i prefer to roleplay with people who are 18+ even if no mature topics take place in the roleplay.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​
