Hey guys! My name is Dean, I'm 19, and I'm from the United States. I'm from the West coast originally- but I moved to the midwest and I really like it here.

I really like fantasy and mixed sci-fi/settings- whether it be more grounded in reality or not at all. (world building is fun)

I enjoy for the roleplay to contain some grittier themes. I find it easier to tap into a character's emotions and reactions that way. Sweet stuff is pretty nice too- it just needs to be laced with a little bitterness. :)

Also, I have two eyeballs in my eye sockets (I'm leaving this in here so Llwellyn's comment still makes sense. I'd rather look like a crazy person than that innocent man over there…)

Hello Llewellyn! (sick name by the way). I'd have to agree with you. I like the inherant fantastical nature of high-fantasy, but the edge and the ability to create a dark and compelling backstory which dark-fantasy makes easy is what steals the cake for me.

... If I did have two eyeballs in my armpits, I would have found some way to profit off that by now

I was thinking of usernames and hit on that one going 'you know what, I'm almost positive it won't be taken' LOL. I tend to go by Lore generally, but since there are two other Lores here, Llewellyn is fine.

Yeah this sounds like it came straight out of my own brain in its entirety, oops. Nice to see I'm not the only one like this. Although I enjoy the kind of medieval fantasy too. Give me princes and nobles and all such nonsense, whether they're elves or not.

Yeah you'd definitely be wearing a lot of sleeveless shirts if your eyes were located there, but I'm sure you'd figure something out lmao
