Hello there!
Former GP member. I miss the site but do not miss the hints of drama I heard went on in the background. All in all sad I think. I miss the friends, RPs and wish I had saved the stories I had written.

I have moved over here now after a break. sometimes it is good to regroup and refresh the creativity.
Just saying 'hello' and looking forward to reading some good stories and maybe starting one up!
 
Hello and welcome to IS! Your username is quite familiar so I think we might have written together at some point on GP. :) I did have a different username there but can't remember what it was now...
 
Welcome to the Sanctum! Former GP member here as well, as well as there are others here as well. Hope you find some great people to write with and make new stories and memories!

Any problems contact our wonderful staff, any more general queries it's sometimes worth asking around chat as usually there are long-term residents lurking, who will assist if they can.

Welcome sir! I wrote on GP as well, and I have reconnected with some members on here, as well as made a bunch of new friends. There are a ton of wonderful people on here, so don't be shy ;)
 
GPR was doomed to fail, far too much drama mostly initiated by the staff themselves!

I got whiffs that things were going on in the background, but I stayed out of the drama and politics and such. Not my thing. I think everyone should have fun and play nice.
 
I don't miss the site too much. I'm sure I would have if I had history with it, but it literally shut down only a few days, a week tops, after I registered.

I took that as god's sign that he didn't want me to roleplay perhaps...? Now I think I'd like to take my chances here. See where it goes. Hopefully, this one won't shut down. Soon anyway ^^;

Anyway, I'm the last one here with any propriety to say this, but welcome! To both of us :D

No worries there. We're paid ahead on the site and we don't let drama start to fester. We're in this one for the long haul. Welcome to the Sanctum :D

That's great to hear. I'm confident that the users who moved here and were somehow involved have at least gained experience, if nothing else.

I wanted the same but it seemed the Mods were intent to bring the drama to me! I am not one to take shit so it was never going to go the way they hoped it would. I am happy the site died.
