Hello! I am Piper and have been a longtime fan of reading and writing. I am looking to dip my toes into Roleplaying. I have done some casually on other sites but I am looking to dedicate more time to it and my own time now.

I prefer to write slice of life in modern or medieval settings. I am open to all sorts of RPs. My characters normally end up being on the innocent yet tough and independent side (think Syl from Stormlight Archives by Brandon Sanderson if you know her). I prefer for there to some sort of romantic intrigue as well though not required if I am enjoying the story.

Welcome to I.S. PiperSyl, I'm always glad to hear more people are joining and trying their hand at this style of writing. I have long since made an argument that what is done is not roleplay but co-writing a story between two authors, as there is just too much description and world-building required and needed for it to be described as roleplay. NPC's, World descriptions, buildings, behaviors, actions, etc. It is something I have stood firm on for a very long time. Still, it is a lonely viewpoint. Given your style of reading and genre, you prefer to write. I am quite positive you will find more than a few people looking to write with you. Have fun and I hope you enjoy your time here.
