Hello Sanctum Dwellers!
As you might have noticed, the site has been growing rapidly for some time. In order to meet the needs of a larger community, we have decided to actively seek to recruit new staff members!!
An in-depth explanation of staff roles, requirements and applications is available here.
The gist of the requirements that must be met:
1. A member must have at least 50 posts on the forum to submit an application
2. A member must have been on site for at least 3 months to be considered
3. All staff start out as Heralds, greeting new members and moderating chat. Promotion to moderator can follow based on site needs and admin discretion.
4. All applicants are subject to age verification, which requires a photo ID. They must also have an active Skype account to participate in staff discussions
5. We require staff applicants to have active roleplays on site, participate in chat and otherwise be involved in the Sanctum community. After all, it's unreasonable to expect members to trust people they don't have a chance to know.
