I just so happened to wander across this website after an avid attempt to pull one of my best friends off of the toxicity that is the IMVU role playing community. I'm sure more then a dozen of you have chosen to leave that behind to find something more mature. I personally have fought my own battle with IMVU and their RP community but I think this website is an honest way of how RP should be handled so, here I am.

My name is Ali, I'm 29 and I like everyone else on here love to write. I have been with my boyfriend for over 10 years and we have a lovely 6 year old daughter named Aria. I was apart of a forum quite like this one some time ago but it seems like this is a some-what dying breed, I'm very lucky to have found this place! As I stated above, I was simply looking for something I could share with a friend, where she could be herself but also develop the characters that are in her creative mind and find something that is more suited to her needs. Anyways, after reading all the rules I decided I should give this a go as well!

I've always been intrigued by character development and how a story progresses in the writing phase so I'm excited to dive in. I'm out of practice when it comes to proper punctuation but I'd like to think that I can keep up! In the past I often classified myself as a T1-Rper but I am sure that I need to brush up to get back there.

Generally I do not have very many limits when it comes to RP, it's really just the basic do's and don't(s): No character controlling without prior discussion ahead of time and I don't mind if you lay hands on my character but nothing too pressing unless discussed upfront as well. Honestly, as long as we hash out details pertaining to individual plots (as everything ends up being a different guideline) I'll be happy.

Also, my friend who joined is Gigi & she is an amazing writer! Maybe we can even get in on some stories together!

Thank you very much Gigi & Otys!
It's really refreshing finding a place where you don't have to constantly be yourself. That's just boring :P.

Being yourself is boring indeed.
I can't wait to see you in action.

I honestly can not wait to see Gigi in action on here. I've been exposed to a lot of her writing in the past but a platform like this is sure to be enlightening for her. Reading everyone else's works is just as fun as creating my own and I'm looking forward to both!

Welcome to Inner Sanctum, friend!
