Sorry, I recently finished Bugsnax, and now the voice in my head is Beffica Winklesnoot. Any Bugsnax fans in the house? Play it, it's amazing.

I'm looking to do some roleplaying for escapist / therapeutic reasons. I've been away from the community for a while (ten years, to be exact), and have recently tried poking around on Gaia where I used to hang out, finding there but dust and grave markers. As I've traveled, the situation seems to be similar everywhere. I assume the apocalypse continually unraveling across the globe has made roleplaying untenable for many. Still, my search for survivors continues.

I am nearly 40 (and really feeling every year) and currently female. I say "currently" because I was not always so, so in case that's weird for you, you have now been warned. It's ok, I understand.

If you enjoy video games you'll find many of their tropes buried in my weird little creations. Currently plaything through Control: Resonant (which is great, I recommend it) after which it's back for another play of Witcher 3, since they released the enhanced edition.

That's really basically it. I am pleasant but boring, like taking a nap!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
