Hi!
My name's Parker and I joined today, so I'm a bit nervous about not making my post all fancy after seeing some of yall's.

I have some previous roleplay experience, mainly playing as characters from two shows, Sherlock and Hannibal, but I hage done some MxM original roleplays as well. I thrive in dark and brutal environments, I love a slow burn romance with lots of pining and conflicting feelings as a cherry on top.

I am open to exploring new ideas but also wanting to revisit old characters, a fair graphic warning, I love describing things with visceral detail (I am not sure if I spelled that word right). I would say my general skill is average when it comes to writing, but I have my moments of glory. I usually write 1 to 2 paragraphs, but I am flexible and try not to over fluff the scenes, but I can guide a scene fairly well.

I don't really know what else there is to say, I won't be consistent at replies as I have a day job and time differences might be an issue as I'm in the UK. If you're interested I'd be happy to hear from you!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! Hey, welcome in! We have some helpful guides that can get you set up for "fancier" things if you're willing to dip your toes into code. But I can assure you, it's not a typical requirement for anyone! Some of us just enjoy aesthetics like that. I have a link in my signature for post margins that is very beginner friendly.

Gore is fine, but you'll want to check the forum descriptions, The Forbidden Sanctum might be your preferred area to write.
