Not too sure how this goes, but lets go for it.
Hi! My name is lei. I'm 25, black, queer, use they/them pronouns, and I love my ocs. I recently graduated with a BA in English and minor in Music, so now, I have a lot of time on my hands to get creative when I'm not working at a library as a page. I've been expressing my interest in rping recently, and was referred to this forum by a friend. Yes, I'm a beginner and still learning my way around here. I'm super excited to get started, learn more about forums, and write with some folks.
I've done some casual roleplaying with friends in the past, and it's always been within the realistic fiction genre with human ocs. While I do love my babies, and plan to continue rping with them, I've been dying to create/build on more scifi and fantasy storylines and see where that takes me. I'm super interested in creating new worlds, and have already been working on characters I plan on doing that for.
Oh also, I love angst, romance, coming-of-age, and friend to lovers. Smut is always fun. My writing is always going to include queer characters. And the themes I'm hyperfocusing on right now are grief and loss, death, and spirituality!
Overall, this is just something I really enjoy and I'm looking forward to finding community I can enjoy it with!
