So I'm quite new to online roleplay, but I've been roleplaying through text, chat, Discord with friends for years. Most of my experience is one-on-one, but recently some friends and I started a DnD game that included text-based roleplay between weekly sessions, and I really enjoyed having a more fleshed out setting with more than one fellow writer, but I didn't love the structure of text roleplay with DnD rules.
I'm a big fan of fantasy, sci-fi and supernatural settings, but I'm open to trying new things and stretching my creative muscles. As far as writing style, my standard is past-tense, third person, but I can adapt to others if someone has a strong preference.
