Hi future stranger friends!
I'm leaping emphatically back into my relationship with RP after 20 (yikes) years of on-again-off-again trysts. The timing is right because I recently left my corporate career to explore creative passions and regress back to my former life as a starving artist, but with a more evolved appreciation for such circumstances. ^^
I'm hoping to use this as a medium to reignite my creativity and my passion for characters, after spending so much of my recent life suppressing the call to write for the sake of play. I'm digging this forum for its activity and its range, and for how easy it is to jump right in and create whatever you want with whomever you want, unrestricted by a universal site plot. I'm really stoked to write with you.
I'm a novice when it comes to ERP, but open to it, and not a stranger to reading smut. I love creating in contexts involving mythology, archetypal themes, magical realism, fables... but honestly I can get swept up in most whims, those are just where I feel most at home. I really enjoy RPing with characters that have flaws and distinct (sometimes unattainable) desires to make their story arcs and plotting more interesting.
Personally, I live in a warm and humid place with my husband and our two pups. I'm a practiced astrologer and generally curious person who dabbles in all things from finance to marketing to healing arts. And of course, writing. ^_~ Hope to see you out there!
