Okay, so I've spent the last... ~counts fingers~ 12 years? God, has it been that long...? ~groan~ 12 years RPing, starting off on a site called MyYearBook (some of you may have heard of it... some of you are apparently from there yourselves!) Then when they so rudely destroyed their forums, we moved to another site where I've been since.
I tried joining other sites here and there but I never really stuck at it, but now our site is dying and despite our best attempts, its struggling to come back. So, here I am, in the hopes that the threat of not being able to write anymore will give me a kick up the arse to actually stick it out and learn a new site.
A bit about myself; I'm 26, female, engaged to my wonderful husband-to-be, live with him and our ball python named Ravioli in the NW of England and I'm a shift manager in a shop. I'm a night owl, don't exist before 12pm, generally don't sleep until 3am and I really should learn to sleep better.
Now about my writing; I studied English Language in college and chose story-telling for most of my coursework, so its easy to say I love writing. I generally post as much as my partner(s) and although I don't mind posting as small as one paragraph, I definitely prefer writing longer posts. If I've started something and written four or five paragraphs, I'd like it if you matched it if you wanted to join in. I'd like to say I'm a good writer but really, who am I to judge my own work? I guess you'll have to write with me and find out for yourself.
I am a stickler for grammar and spelling so you'll never struggle to read what I'm trying to say. (Although I do use my phone more than my laptop since I type at night in bed, so spellchecker might throw out a weird word or two...) I'm definitely consistent though - no two-replies than vanishing from me.
So yeah, I guess that's me.
I like fantasy, non-fiction, dramatic roleplays so, hit me up if you wanna write stuff like that.
I'm still learning the site though so bear with me until I find my feet!
