Hi everyone!

Just popping in here to say hello and introduce myself. I’m Adaliah, 33 years old, and I live in the Netherlands. I have two wonderful little boys, aged 3 and 1, so I’m right in the middle of the “toddler chaos” years. I also have an amazing husband — and two equally amazing (but slightly crazy) cats. I love tennis, running, reading, cooking, good food and wine, and spending time with family and friends.

I’ve been writing since I was 14, mostly in the Harry Potter universe (so if that’s your thing — feel free to DM me ). I’m definitely open to exploring other worlds and stories too! It has been a while since I last wrote, though, so I might need a little time to get back into it. I’m looking for someone to write with who understands how hectic life can be and doesn’t mind a bit of patience. I really value making connections — not just in the story, but also as people.

Some facts about me:
My garden is full of herbs and flowers I probably talk to more than I should.
I’m happiest when the day starts slow — coffee, quiet, and a moment to breathe before the chaos begins.
I have a dangerous habit of buying more books than I can possibly read.
I have a soft spot for a bit of magic and mythology in everyday life.
I don’t drink red wine often, but when I do, it has to be smooth and comforting.
I’m convinced candles make everything at least 30% more magical.
My cats probably think they’re the main characters in my life story.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
