Hi everyone!

I'm the Ink Witch. I believe in the power of the written word - its ability to stimulate and guide our emotions is an incredibly powerful one, and story-telling is built into our genetics.

I'm (currently) a former teacher of English, but bad health means I am not allowed to work. Instead, I fill my time with reading, writing, cooking, and playing DnD with my tribe. I'm stupidly socially anxious, but I'm also always willing to chat, to listen, and to support.

Most of my writing is fantasy - that's the genre my work-in-progress novel falls into - but I have also written several horror pieces and quite a lot of poetry. I'm always keen to receive feedback that can help me improve my work, and I believe reciprocation is important.

I'd love to make new friends, talk to people, and make connections, so please message me if you'd like to chat.

I'm a lover of classic horror myself. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is kind of an inspirational piece for me.

Frankenstein is one of my all-time favourites. I've drawn inspiration from it so, so many times. Especially on my horror series that I wrote a couple of years ago.

I'm really looking forward to getting into some RP, so that'll be an awesome distraction.
