Hello! I'm PromiseFantasy, but you may call me Promise. I took a sudden hiatus about 2 years ago but I've since collected myself and have time available to spin stories once more!
To be upfront about what I'm looking for to save you time on reading all my nonsense, I desire a MxF pairing in which I play the female with a roughly 60/40 ~ 70/30 story to smut ratio taking place in a high fantasy D&D-esque setting. Semi-lit to advanced literate is preferred. I'd rather not receive any pitches for something outside of my listed plots at this time, thank you!

About me:
Female, 27 y.o., CST time zone.
I have an unquenchable thirst for fantasy, adventure, character development, and world-building! I am a DM and player in two separate and very long-running D&D campaigns, I love talking about D&D so if you are also big on it please feel free to chat me up about it! Generally, I accept all manner of OOC chatter with my RP partners as well, so don't be shy about telling me about your day!
A select few fandoms I enjoy are League of Legends, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Game of Thrones/Song of Ice and Fire.
I work from home but it is very taxing work and leaves me the latter half of the day as my free time, so expect responses in the evenings exclusively. Fridays + Saturdays are my D&D days so it would be a rare occasion for me to respond on those days at all. I will try my very best to inform you when I think I will not be present for multiple days in a row outside of my normal Friday and Saturday absence and I ask you to do the same! My muse ebbs and flows so if I lose interest in the story we're writing I will let you know asap! No one wants to participate in a story where one party is losing interest.
I write exclusively in third person. My first few responses tend to be long and detailed, and then when we get a rhythm going one to four paragraphs becomes pretty standard for me. Response frequency isn't a big deal for me unless you are going 3 or more days between responses. I try for once a day myself but it fluctuates. I love photo references for characters, monsters, objects, and scenery!
I am primarily interested in RP partners who value story, romance, and character development equally as high as they value smut. I relish the buildup, what can I say.
Specifics of what I'm looking for in a partner: Dom character, Decent grammar and spelling, Medium to long responses (back and forth conversation between characters warranting shorter responses, of course), the ability to add on to this story for two, not just participating in what I'm building.
My favorites: Warm-hearted Dom, "I would give my life/burn the world down for you" levels of romantic, significantly bigger/taller than my character (Muscular and barrel-chested/belly. 6ft ~ 7ft), significantly older than my character (35 ~ 55), Eventually fiercely loyal and overprotective, Beards and long hair, Hints of grey or full grey hair. Human or fantasy races are equally enjoyable!
What I typically play: Sub with a whisper of switch, Gentle and caring, Weak to romantic and sexual advances, Competent, Eventual strong dedication to your character, A little coy, Easily flustered, Young adult (21 ~ 29), Medium height (5'7 ~ 5'10), Very long hair, Filled out hourglass body, Virgin, Elven or Demoness though human is totally fine if it is preferred!
Big yes list: Pet names, Lovestruck, Teasing, Percarious situations/unavoidable close quarters/stuckage, Light dubious consent, Threat of getting caught, Rough sex, Possessive, Breeding... without results (I love the intent/verbalizing wanting to put a baby in my character but I don't want to play a pregnant character for an extended period of time so we'll save the successful attempt for the ending sequence of the story if you'd like lol.)
I have a hard no for: Bathroom play, Underage, Foot fetish, Hyper body proportions, Inflation.
Now that you hopefully have a good handle on what I'm looking for and intend to provide, here are a few plots I'm interested in! The more hearts next to it, the more I am currently craving it.

Ambitious Lord x Obligated Court Sorceress ♡♡♡♡
In a region with two starkly contrasting kingdoms that suffer from heavy border friction, one realm is bright and seemingly perfect and the other dark and stormy and full of mistrust.
A sorceress in chains, locked away in what almost looks like an iron maiden in a caravan of other prisoners escorted from a dark kingdom fearful of magic. A rival kingdom descends upon the transport party and captures most everyone. Her iron casing is not opened immediately, instead, the heavy iron case is brought to the nearest lord. Up to this point, no one has any idea who or what is inside outside of them being a prisoner. Released from her metal prison, the lord in his mansion sees her as an asset for his ambitions, he is not afraid of magic. Imprisonment or becoming the court mage are her only options, and she is no fool. His eyes set high, his ruler and King would now need to count the days left sitting the throne that the lord covets with the assistance of the sorceress at his side. Even if this kingdom is a stark contrast to the magic-hating one she is from, what the staff of the castle, the township he holds, and even his king might think of him keeping her is up to you for better or for worse. The intent is an initial distrustful work relationship that quickly spirals into budding romance/undying loyalty and... Potential regicide.
Undefeated Warlord x Spoils of War Chieftess ♡♡♡
In a cold and snowy region of the world heavy with nordic culture, the gods watch those who clamor for honor and glory as they fight to be the last man standing and earn their place in the great hall of Valhalla.
With whispers of Ragnarök on the distant horizon, great battles are surging across a newly war-torn land. Fierce and calculated, A chief of a large clan seeks glory for his name and a home for his people in these times of war, to carve a place for his clan and protect them from those that seek to conquer them while amassing power of his own. After storming a similarly sized clan across the icy waters the warlord takes all wealth, resources, and land as his own. After slaying the enemy chieftain in savage one on one combat, the warlord finds he has left the dead chief's beautiful wife as a new spoil of war for himself as well. Her high social ranking lends her respect, she is treated well and kept close to the warlord at all times. Eventually, he cannot stave off his mounting interest in her and upon confrontation discovers requited feelings from her. From what is owed to what is freely given, the two become inseparable and the chief now more than ever must protect all that he holds dear from impending doom.
Knight Protector x Arranged Marriage Princess ♡♡
A beautiful region of the world surrounded by lush nature, peaceful rivers, and overgrown ruins. Budding kingdoms and free cities dot the lands near and far, such an array of crowned rulers inevitably causing political turbulence.
A princess escorted by a guard of the King's knights cross the land to an opposing kingdom, where she is set to have an arranged marriage with a man she's never met. The escort gets beset upon by what at first seems like mere bandits, but they are far more skilled than they appear and the princesses oldest and most trusted defender successfully saves her from her untimely demise and makes off with her into the nearby forest leaving the carriage and the rest of the knights to perish. The worrying idea that this was an assassination attempt prevents the seasoned knight from immediately wanting to resume the delivery of the princess to the opposing kingdom, instead opting to stray through the forest toward a nearby city to acquire fresh resources, horses, and hopefully a plan. During their time alone together after the attack tension and affections grow and duty is threatened by forbidden love and desires. He could never break his vows... but handing her over to a man who may want her dead? Things seem less sure than before. A story of duty and honor being compromised in the name of both overwhelming love and taboo lust.
Cursed Demon/Vampire Prince/King x Captive Maiden ♡
A gothic region of the world, filled with tales of monsters and madmen. Vanity runs deep in the grand cities where virtue and compassion are a rarity.
It was said long ago a beautiful prince lived in the castle that sat atop the cliff overlooking the city below. So much time had passed that most let the royal family fade from memory, few attempted the treacherous passage these days and left the castle a shadow of its former self, forgotten and ignored. All but one maiden who had seen it from her small bedroom window every day of her life, dreaming of life in such a castle. Now that she was an adult she made attempts to push such a silly dream from her mind, but on the eve of her birthday, she allowed herself one foolish indulgence. She wanted to see the castle up close, just once, and made the arduous trek up the steep path to finally lay her dreams to rest. Finding her way past the uninviting gates and moss-covered doors she entered the castle. A prince with a sparse handful of staff resided within, all cursed for some terrible transgression committed long ago. The spiteful prince offended at the intrusion after years of solitude sealed the castle and imprisoned the young maiden for her carelessness. After some time and moments of vulnerability, the Prince releases the woman from her cell but stands firm in his decision to seal the castle. Eventually, the two find common ground, and the first signs of love and passion spring forth to fill the dreary days with happiness and hope.
