ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome to my request thread! I am ill-advised: a man from the eastern United States, would-be novelist, voracious consumer of all things horror- or thriller, and black coffee addict. When I am not working or writing I enjoy traveling through rural towns and hiking their trails: I love anything woodsy, spooky, crunchy, autumnal or small-town.

As most, I am here looking for some collaborative writing partners. I enjoy prose that is thoughtful, descriptive, pretty, and sometimes erotic. My availability for posting varies wildly throughout the year: sometimes I can knock out a reply every day or two, other times it might be weeks between posts. I have no particular expectations for my partners to reply speedily, either—I’m patient, take your time.

ON WRITING
I love to read and write, and I’m always looking to improve the quality of my writing. Roleplaying is just a hobby—and I treat it as such—but I also challenge myself to meet, and then improve upon, a certain standard of prose quality. I am searching for writing partners with a similar mindset. I adore descriptive storytelling: please, spare me no writhing, undulating, sweat-and-spittle flecked detail.

The length of my posts is very context-dependent, but I usually end up with a handful of paragraphs per post. 300 to 1,000 words is usually my go-to range. Generally, I try to avoid posts that are so long that they become impossible to interact with effectively. One-liners will always be a no-go for me. I prefer slower exchanges of fleshed-out posts to rapid-fire, shorter exchanges.

ON EROTICA
Don't let the bloviating about the craft of writing fool you: I can be a smut-hound with the worst of 'em. Luxuriate in lurid details with me. Give me that good toe-curling filth.

Specific themes I enjoy include: body worship, sloppy oral sex, clean musk, videotaping/photographing, sweat, and anal sex. I like MxFxF threesomes but not MxMxF. I know, I'm a dog. I like realistic bodies, adore natural body hair, and love big ol’ butts. I'm a drooling fool for older women. None of those are dealbreakers one way or the other, though—just preferences. The quality of your writing and your attention to detail are always going to be a thousand times more important to me than the physical characteristics of whatever character you're writing.

I am more than happy to play a variety of different male body types, just let me know what floats your boat.

PLOT IDEAS
If you've read the above and think we'd be a good fit, I've got a grab-bag of random story concepts down below for you to peruse. Some of them are more story-oriented, others are unashamedly steamier. I will add/remove plot outlines periodically as the fickle muses will it. These concepts are flexible: feel free to adjust, or add details of your own (but please, don't just pitch me “your idea but with the genders reversed,” I set ’em up the way I want them, promise).

THE BROKEN HOME DOWN THE ROAD
wholesome(ish) taboo. slow-burn. comfort, healing & sensuality.

My character is a nineteen year old college student who has come back home for the summer to try to clean up and repair the dilapidated family home while his single mother, who struggled with substance abuse issues for his entire life, is in rehab. Your character is a stay-at-home mom in her early forties living just a few houses down the road whose children have recently moved out, leaving her (mostly) alone in the tastefully-kept home she shares with her emotionally distant husband, whose relationship with the children is far more contentious. Her maternal instincts ache.

When she realizes my character has taken on the project of restoring his family home, she begins dropping by with help or baked goods or other sorts of neighborly kindness. Over time, the two begin to fill the holes left in one another’s personal lives… and even that relationship slowly churns into something more complicated.

I see this story as a very slow-burn romance that is soft and gentle and fragile. Their relationship must first breach the boundaries of “friendly neighbors” to become more like a mother-son relationship, and then breach those boundaries for something more intimate. I envision this roleplay delicately threading the needle between the two disparate cores of their relationship: these are two characters with aching hearts finding comfort and solace in one another’s arms… but at the same time theirs is an adulterous and age-inappropriate affair nearing the border of even greater taboos.

THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY
psychosexual thriller aesthetics. voyeurism.

Our characters are both high-income working professionals. They live in mirrored locations on a pair of high-rise apartment towers such that their living room windows face one another. My character has just moved in to his apartment and is a bachelor with an active dating life but no long-term relations. Your character is in a comfortable and stable marriage, if somewhat sexually unsatisfied.

By accident or by design, one of our characters catches a glimpse of the other naked, changing, or masturbating. Both characters make eye contact but neither moves to block the unobstructed view. They go on with their days but this kicks off the beginning of a kind of voyeurism streak, each of them deliberately putting on shows for the other when the opportunity arises, and going to farther and farther lengths to entertain. They reach a point, ultimately, where even their own sexual partners are simply props in this game of back-and-forth titillation.

I see this story as highly stylized and episodic, with limited direct character interaction—the focal point of their relationship is the fact that it isn’t a relationship but a strange kind of escapism for both of them. I think it is entirely possible for our characters to go the entire story without making direct contact or learning one another’s names (though that doesn’t have to be a given).

If you're interested, please send me a private message. I look forward to hearing from you!
