now, i am going to hold your hand during this part of the conversation because i know reading the terms and conditions is not enjoyable! i mean nothing with ill intent, however i believe it is important that our expectations and desires are displayed beforehand if we are going to be partners. consider these our vows, okay? and when you PM me, remember that you said your vows!
i am looking for a long-term writing partner who is patient and fun to chat with between writing. there is no pressure from me, there will be no pressure from you, just two creative souls in writing harmony. if there is going to be a delay or change in your schedule, i would greatly appreciate you letting me know- as i will always try to do the same.
large grammatical errors will turn me off, and so will any posts containing less than 3 paragraphs, but i am not strict on spelling errors! i may even misspell things from time to time, in fact i know i do, so i couldn't possibly fault you for that.
it is important to me that we respect each other. i will not hound you over a post and you will not hound me. i do not mind an inquiry, but you can only inquire so much within a certain timeframe before it becomes worrisome.
i write characters i can relate to. that means many of my characters tend to be women/people of color. if you know that you fancy a certain phenotype, and it does not include a demographic of people with darker features and different hair types that surpass straight, i am not offended but i may not be the partner for you. this is not something i see myself changing in the near future, i find that writing women who look like me allows me to write in more depth and with authenticity.
additionally, i will sometimes tweak period-specific stories to omit certain hardships of that era. we don't have to elaborate here, you know what i mean. i do not and will not participate in fetish-play, or race play, that is not my cup of tea. If an unfortunate or negative historical feature helps contribute to the context of the story, i consider that to be okay. writing is my escape, and though i like to sometimes address hard things, it is all a fantasy.
i prefer my partner to write masculine and dominant characters. i find myself and my characters to soft, feminine and submissive, and i like for a masculine character to balance it out. it is what i love, what i'm attracted to, whether you are playing a male or a female. i tend to prefer male counterparts, but every now and then i don't mind FxF if you're portraying a masc presenting woman. it just depends on my mood and the story, just ask.
