Hi! I just realized there was an intro section so I decided I would give it a go so you people know some stuff about me and maybe break the ice between us so I can hopefully make some new friends.
So,
Hello all!
My name is Ria, I am a 20-year-old female from Greece. I am a medical student and a roleplayer/writer. I Have been roleplaying and writing stories for about ten years, so I consider myself somewhat experienced.
I have to be honest I am a sucker for writing stuff up because it is my way to detach myself from reality and travel to worlds of my owner and visit the worlds someone else has built. It's like a fictional airport in my mind.
I have a craze for music and new languages. My native language is Greek and my favorite Greek poet is Konstantinos Kavafy. I will link his most known poems -translated correctly in English- as I believe he is very talented and everyone should have a look at at least one or two of his poems. Right now I am learning French (more like relearning it) and trying to learn Italian as I have a new "small" obsession with dark romance and mafia after reading certain books.
For me, there is always something new to learn daily either by experiences or by people.
Also, I can be very lonely at times which leaves me alone with my thoughts so whoever needs a new friend to chat about anything and everything without being judged, well consider me as one of your options.

Now, time for some silly stuff that you need to know if you ever want to roleplay with me. I have some basic ground rules just like everybody does so we can have a good time when we roleplay together.
1) I am a semi to fully literate roleplayer -depending on the story- (I believe in putting effort into my replies when it comes to roleplay to create something good. One-sided tries are not that nice when they happen and can lead to either one or both of the people in the roleplay ending up bored. I am a roleplayer who came from Omegle after it was shut down so I have been in situations where I wrote multi-paragraphed replies only to have one paragraph if not one line as a reply and I really couldn't work with that. Now I do doubt this phenomenon happens on this site but I am just putting it out there.)
2) I value good grammar and spelling. (Now, I do understand that sometimes we want to continue the story we are writing and get a reply out quickly so we can see what will happen next and how our partner will reply making us forget to check for any silly typos or making us forget to check how we write grammar wise. I am making this clear and I am setting this for everyone to see. I WOULD RATHER WAIT FOR DAYS AND GET ONE GOOD REPLY THAN HAVE MANY REPLIES WITHIN THOSE DAYS THAT ARE WRITTEN IN A "SLOPPY" WAY.)
3) I prefer writing a story instead of giving each character POVs, so 3rd person is the way of writing I usually choose.
I might think and add some more stuff later on but in the meantime, this is it for now.
