AKA: The Lani will be posting the OCs they create for use, and perhaps re-use, for the Inner Sanctum, and may also post characters created on outside roleplays for use here, as well. I can also create new characters for roleplays, if requested, with no problem.

Characters in use will have -IN USE in their threadmark. Characters I'm currently working on creating their profile will have -WIP in their threadmark. Any character who is currently open and available for use in a roleplay will be marked - OPEN And characters I've retired, have died, or the person who wished for the creation or wishes for me to stop using with them, will be marked -CLOSED
The amount of, and the extreme, content warnings are in case future characters, or roleplays which these characters take part in, become dark. I don't want someone stumbling into something in the future, and I abide by "it's better safe, than sorry."
I prefer playing m/m and m/w roleplays, so you may see that preference in my characters. I have no problem with w/w, just don't feel as confident writing it.

Notable Features: Brilliant celadon wings, and most of his body is covered with scars, large and small. The worst, between his wings, is a sore spot.

Personality

Often callous, cruel, and nasty to those who trespass upon his kingdom. He rules over his land, spreading anger and fury to his people to control his subject. He encourages his subjects fight, both against others, as well as themselves.

Other: While Cawallon can be rash and ill tempered, he can also be curious, and even charming at times.

History

Not much is known about Cawallon before he became ruler, nor about his family. Many assume he killed them, as he did the previous ruler and her whole family line, before claiming a throne of which wasn't his, although he owns to this day. Everything changed about the forest soon after he took the throne, but, it seems that the people of the Forest's memories of the before times are fading, slowly, corrupted by the same corruption that is taking over their precious home. Other than his rise to the throne, and his control over his subjects, little more is known of Cawallon. He keeps his past, and his present, a tightly kept secret.

Personality

Asher has always been a romantic at heart, although his love for the sea often destroys his loves land. Asher can be a calming presence, often observing rather than participating, however, he's usually the first to jump in when people are threatened, upset, or in danger. He's unfortunately been having a rough time picking himself up after his divorce from his wife.

Other: Asher's life's dream is to be a sailor, or to open a fishing or boat shop. He just wants to do a job that involves being on the sea, instead of only being able to go on his boat a dozen times a year or so.

History

Asher is the elder brother of Felix Morrison, and loves his brother very much. He's been living with Felix since he turned 18 and Felix turned 13, and they've been keeping in the same city and staying in close touch since the day they left home. Asher is protective of his brother, and all those he consider close to either of them, and will only show his strength and rage when they need him, and he has had to. He's loved ships since he was a child, and he bought one as soon as he could, and often makes time at least a couple times during the three non-winter seasons to go out on a boating trip. His current job is in construction. He doesn't mind the manual labor, and actually finds it enjoyable, even if he can't say the same for those he works with. He still loves and misses his ex-wife, Angela, or "his Angel." despite her affair and the alimony results.

He's not fond of confrontation, and will often try to distract or neutralize conversations that get heated, due to never forgetting how his parents treated him

Other: Felix looks up to his brother deeply, and feels a lot of guilt over what he's had to put his brother through. Due to this, he puts his own emotions and feelings aside, and doesn't let others see if he's not doing fine. There's no guarantee even he would know if something were wrong.

History

Felix grew up thinking his family loved and accepted him, until he turned 13, and his mother and father both kicked him out of his house. His eldest brother, however, threw his own belongings on the piles of Felix's as they were throwing his things out, confusing his parents, until Asher announced that he was leaving with Felix, and they had no say in the matter. After that day, Felix has looked up to and adored his big brother, whether they've been living together, apart, with lovers, working together, they've never lost touch, or felt as if they lost care and comfort. Lately, however, not only has he had divorce on his mind, thanks to his brothers divorce, he's been wondering if he should be looking for more than hook-ups. Seeing his brother love so deeply it hurts has made him begin to wonder what might be...

Personality

Carolyn can seem unapproachable, skipping dorm events, not talking to others, and becoming a shadow during classes. However, this attitude doesn't stem from disinterest or not wanting to be around people. Rather, it stems from the pain of not knowing her life's goal. Naturally, she's still introverted, but can handle people, and even likes short chats.

History

Carolyn was raised as the single daughter to a teacher and a nurse, and showered with love as a child. They didn't always have the best spending allowances, but, she never cared if money was tight. As long as her parents were there. With that environment, she thought she'd follow behind their footsteps. However, as she grew older, she learned she couldn't handle blood, and she wasn't quite good with dealing with a whole mess of children.

Ever since, she's been aimless, going to college for only her general education classes she'd need no matter her major. With no dreams, no goals, she's been just drifting along, all alone.

Personality

Upon Zac's new life , he went from a strong fighter who broke through hopeless situations without losing hope, to a despondent prince who neglected those around him, his kingdom's citizens, and even himself. With feelings that his original life, and death, were pointless, and knowing his characters fate, but does the fighter live on in him?

Zac lead a very rough first life, and feels like both his struggles in life, and his death, were pointless, so upon his new life in a novel he was reading came about, he lost all motivation to care about anyone or anything in the story, including the character he inhabited. Due to this, he's often dismissive of those around him, will neglect friends, family, and his citizens, does not always take the best care of himself or his surroundings, and just has a general feeling of despondence. However, deep inside him, that fighter he was in his original life still lives on, a man who always had a plan, and who could make it through anything when he put his mind to it, even hopeless days.

History

Zachary Brookes was born into an unfortunate life, his father and his mother's passing to the abuse, before he was sent to the system. He was the sent to fosters, but none worked out for him, some dealing more trauma, and none able to deal with it. Upon aging out, his life remained difficult, often facing much trouble, both legal and non, and one day he died due to a gang war he had nothing to do with.

He awoke after as a character from a book he'd borrowed, and was headed to return, as a character he knew would die at the end in the end. After a terrible life, including a painful, pointless death, he lost hope. A hard life, to a easy yet short life, didn't seem fair. At the same time, the fighter inside him showed itself occasionally, albeit rarely.
