I had to take time away from writing to focus on my life and personal journey. But I find myself missing collaborative writing with others and could use a creative hobby/outlet and decided to give this site another chance. Last year was a rough year for me and my mental health. This year is going a lot better.
While I have a fandom I do enjoy writing in, my preferences have changed a lot from the past. I have my own characters as well as those from a fandom I am currently enjoying: The CW's Gotham Knights. I'll make a post about my characters in the appropriate section. I am more open these days to trying new things. I can write anything from one paragraph to novella. When writing with others, I tend to write in the third person point of view, but in my solo writing will at times write in the first person point of view. I tend to have a detailed writing style that is gritty realism and psychological. I enjoy stories with crime, drama, suspense, detective, mysteries, and supernatural. If I write a villain, you can expect them to be villainous.
At this time, I am not seeking romantic stories with other writers or smut. It takes time to get to know people, build trust and connections. I'm here to make friends and enjoy a creative writing community. I love being around other creative people and enjoying their work and thoughts.
