Journey to the Palgeras Isles...
The Palgeras Isles were a series of unexplored islands. Many expeditions had been funded and attempted. However, the journey there was perilous; few have succeeded in actually getting to the island, and those who did get there have never been heard from or seen again.
As a result, any official expeditions were immediately halted, and the public were prohibited from attempting to get there...
Beyond that, not much was known about the isles, other than the rumors that they were inhabited by a bunch of dangerous creatures and that they had remained unexplored for centuries, with the only known records about the isles being retrieved from papers, artifacts and journals that were found in the ocean.
Of course, with the threat of danger and the promise of adventure, it was only a matter of time before someone brave, daring and/or just plain stupid stepped up for the challenge…
My character was a small man in a big world. He was known for being safe; instead of chasing his dreams, he finished school and went to college. Instead of chasing the career he wanted, he settled for a somewhat decent office job. Instead of being out there, living his best life, he allowed himself to be cooped up in a boring office space for much of his days, and at home, a shitty apartment that he rarely left. A safe lifestyle, one that allowed him to scrape by, but also one that brought him no satisfaction, no fulfillment.
The only thing that ever allowed him to break away was his interest in the stories and records of people before him, people who got to see the world, got to explore vast lands. He listened to the stories of people who got to explore the Palpagos Islands, listened to their recollections of how they faced down dangerous pals and brutal weather conditions, read about their triumphs over conquering each day, each battle, each journey…
By now, every inch of the Palpagos Islands had been explored. Nothing new could be found there, and now it was just another hotspot for tourists. But when my character hears about the Palgeras Isles, lands rumored to be so deadly that nobody managed to set foot on it and come back to tell the tale? The stories he used as an escape became much more then. They became fuel, fuel to an increasing fire as my character starts to desire more for himself, starts to seek finding his own path, his own adventure!
It was a spontaneous and probably stupid move then, when he sold everything he owned to fund his own personal expedition to Palgeras. But, with stars in his eyes and a fire in his heart, my character was setting out to make his own mark in history…Or die trying.
Palworld; we all know it, and for good reason. Simply put, it's a damn good game, perhaps one of the better games that has released this year!
However, the porn that flooded the internet in its wake is just as good, and I'd like to make use of that porn in the hopes of building a plot with someone, one that focuses on exploration, interspecies sex and boundless adventure!~
We can build the story, world and setting as we see fit; I haven't played enough Palworld to be an aficionado of its lore and world, so I won't be strict about getting the lore correct or wrong.
I'd definitely like to play this story as an action/adventure with heavy SOL elements; I'm just as eager to engage with the action scenes and fights as much as I am with the simpler aspects of the story, from our characters building a base together and going on silly side adventures for the fun of it.
When it comes to fight scenes and violence/death, I have a rather high tolerance. My only caveats to this is that everything must be explored within reason, and must not be a part of a sexual act.
You will mostly be playing anthropomorphic versions of various Pals; we can use the canon pals, and I am also open to including noncanon pals as well! The Pals you play as MUST retain human intelligence and sentience.
(Of course, you don't have to play multiple pals at once!)
How would they react to a human finding a way onto their island? What perilous dangers do the pals pose? Which pals will stand by his side, which ones will take some taming to join him, and which ones will not take kindly to his presence?
I am eager to discuss more on these interactions and dynamics with you~
Whether we want to explain why the pals of Palgeras are anthropomorphic or simply say that all pals are anthropomorphic is up to us and can be discussed in Messages.
I will mostly be playing the humans; of course, the main human character, and if we want to introduce bosses and antagonists to the story, I'd be more than happy to play those roles as well!
When it comes to writing, I am a detailed writer who would classify myself as advanced literate. I write with a novella style, and tend to focus more on the characters and their thoughts and feelings on situations. I exclusively write in third person, past tense.
For reply length, I tend to write a lot; most of my replies reach up to 500+ to 2000+ characters, and I always try to shoot for at least 5 or 6 paragraphs per reply. I tend to keep replies shorter for smut scenes and fight scenes, to allow more room for action and also to allow us and our characters more freedom to perform their actions.
While I wouldn't ask someone to write this much constantly, I would like my partner to at least be able to mirror me when it comes to writing.
One thing that turns me off from a chat immediately is abbreviations.
I exclusively play the male gender.
The only pairing I'd like to play with this plot is MxF, and I'd rather play as a dominant.
However, I am also open to playing as a sub; I would play as a feminine twink character however, and pegging would need to be the main kink for that pairing. If you want me to sub, we can discuss it more in private.
